The location. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very small room. I probably didn’t pay attention to the size otherwise I wouldn’t have booked it. One very small window in the bathroom with no extractor fan resulting in mould. It needs a deep clean. The soap dispenser had a layer of dust on it for our entire stay of 4 days. Toilet seat didn’t stay up. Breakfast was the same every morning. Would have loved something hot.

The place is nice and clean, the room are small and essential. The best thing is the common room that is cosy and confortable.

We are very frustrated because in the morning an awful sewage smell came from the bathroom, moreover any time that someone flushes the toilet the noise was very laud and lasted for like 20 minutes after. We told the host of the bad smell and his answers was "yes I know".

It is great value with a great location. They allow us to bring our small dog with us. Staff is very helpful. Always organize parking in front of the hotel.

The staff is super friendly, very eager to help us with anything we needed. They were so kind and made us feel very comfortable! Our room was cleaned every day and it was quite comfortable too. The hotel has great common spaces and amazing breakfast. We will be back should we visit Izmir again and we highly recommend it!

The room was too small.

Breakfast exceeded our expectation, good quality food and spread. Staff very kind, friendly and helpful. Center of town with good access to shops and restaurants although most of our touristy trips were far away from here.

Room was too small and cramped, compared to our expectations. Bathroom not good, smelly and poorly ventilated. Can’t call it a triple room by any standards except for the fact that it had a bunker bed and a single. Disappointing.

Beautiful interior of shared spaces and restaurant! Room was small but completely enough just for sleeping. I loved breakfasts. That was amazing opportunity to try various things from turkish cuisine. Staff at reception really professional, always helpful!

Room at 4th floor without lift but that was good exercise eacch time :D

The staff was helpful and the location is close to historical sites to visit. The bar of the hotel has a great vibe and good music. Nice shared lounge on 1st floor. Even if not guaranteed, we always found parking place in front of the hotel.

Except the tea and the coffee, at beakfast they serve only cold dishes. The room was smaller than expected, (max. 18 sqm with balcony and bathroom), witch was disappointing, because we booked the superior room especially for the extra space. You could hardly avoid hitting the furniture. The nightstand was dirty with stains that could have been removed even with plain water, meaning it was not cleaned in a while. The towels had a gray look and one was stained (we received replacement when asked). The toiletseat cover was broken. Water of the shower was leaking towards the bathroom center.

The location was perfect. It was centrally located to the harbor and easily walkable to other areas in the city. I loved the piano style with a great sitting room on the first floor that even had an old piano shaped telephone and children’s books. We asked to be moved to a larger room and were given a beautiful corner room with lots of light. The breakfast was delicious. The staff, was very friendly, too.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the Piano Hotel.
