Perfect host , very kind so helpful .Wıev ıs so beautıful , you can drıve or go by bus to Kotor or Tivat from in front of the apartment.You can swım ın front of the apartment , call a boat taxı to everywhere . Definitly we will visit agaın. Thanks a lot German.

It is a great place to stay. German (the host) was so helpful and nice. He contacted us before our trip to make it perfect. He is dedicated to his place. He was reachable any time for anything. The facilities were more than enough. German thought every small details about his apartment. From coffee machine capsules to dishwasher capsules, we needed everything we might need.

We really liked the beach (thanks to the owner for the pebbles), the water was warm.
Of course, a beautiful view from the balcony (for this we took apartments).
We liked the cleanliness, kitchen with bathroom, cozy living room, and convenient parking under the roof.
I would like to give this apartment a 10, if not one thing...
I had an unpleasant aftertaste from the owner, he never greeted me personally and seemed very unfriendly when, without a greeting, he intervened in our conversation with my daughter and began to teach us how to live and relax (my daughter and we wanted to wet our feet on the beach in the dark, and Herman unfairly made a rude remark) - after that, an unpleasant aftertaste remained and it became uncomfortable .. Perhaps I was personally unlucky, perhaps the owner is actually friendly, but not with everyone. Still, this is the face of the apartment, you need to be a little more tactful ...
It was also surprising that in such apartments there is no washing machine .. there were not enough kitchen cloths for the table...

the hotel’s view was just amazing. it was so clean and comfortable. there was a parking spot in front of the hotel. the owner (German) was nice and kind . we enjoyed the every second.

Located in Stoliv, a village in the municipality of Kotor. The apartment is right by the water front of the bay and the view is absolutely spectacular. It is quiet, peaceful, and has adjacent parking. The apartment is beautifully designed and furnished, it’s spacious and pampering. Has everything needed including a fully accessorized kitchen, big indulging shower, a washing machine, great wi-fi, very comfortable bed and furniture and the best view of the waterfront from the terrace.
German is a perfect host, very professional, gracious, friendly, highly communicative in English and was available for us throughout our stay, assisting with every question we had and attended to everything needed.
The apartment has a water pier right in front of it with deck chairs and access to the clear water.
There is a small grocery store 100 meters from the apartment offering basic products to enable cooking a meal, it’s open Mon-Sat from 7am to 9pm. There are 2 restaurants a few minutes walking distance, one is “Ruma” and the other is “Konoba Furesti” both offering good local cuisine.
The apartment is 20 minutes drive by car from Kotor, 15 minutes from Tivat, 35 minutes from Perast and 10 minutes from the ferry.
We had a wonderful week here and hope we have the opportunity to return. Thank you German for your hospitality.

The linen on the sofa bed was far too small single sheet on double bed not hygienic.
