Nice hotel with great rooms and even had a partial view of the masjid. Facilities were brilliant, wifi very good in any part of the hotel and the room was spacious. Bathroom was very clean and shower was fantastic. The azan was played in the room via a speaker which was nice. Overall very pleased with the stay.

Initially found the reception staff was very unfriendly and not so polite... once checked in all was good. Location is okay with a shuttle bus dropping and picking up close to the masjid but still meant a 5-10 min walk.

1st of all this property shouuld not be considered as marriort 1. staff uneducated , not trained of the star properties like marriot 2. reception no body picks up the calls and no response from the reception 3. staff cant understand the language

1. hotel staff & there behaviour towards the guest 2. had a very bad experience 3. if it was not the Makkah i would have immediately changed the hotel 4. hotel towels like a cheap hotel no cleanliness

The location is great and is only a few minutes walk from the Kaaba. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The staff was rude and non-responsive. On the day of check-in, we were asked to wait in the lobby as someone was checking the rooms for the last time. We were happy to wait but when no one came to us for another hour, I approached the reception desk again and we were rudely told that you were supposed to come to us. I had two elderly friends with me who were not allowed to use the toilets till we had the room keys. We booked 1 suite and a twin room for our stay for 6 guys. What was given to us was a twin room and a suite with 1 double bed and two sofa beds. One of my colleagues spent the night on the carpet instead of in bed. The room only had two towels. We asked for fresh towels and reminded the staff again about the request after 1 hour and yet no one came to give us towels or simple drinking water. I spoke to the guest relationship officer in the morning and she changed our room to two rooms with proper beds which was good. We asked for more coffee and we were told that we had to pay for it. Overall, i wasn't expecting this sort of quality from a brand name like Marriot. Will never stay with them again.

The stuff was amazing especially the boys that work. Also thank you so much to the restaurant at level 2 they wore amazing.

The shower, the stuff at the front desk told me if I would have said something she would have given me another room.
