Comfortable accommodation, very clean, Sao is lovely, she is very friendly. Close to the International airport, with a 7 eleven (grocery) store just a minutes walk.

Everything was good, this is the second time I have stayed here

Our plane was delayed in Melbourne by 6 hours. We advised booking dot.com about the delay as well as David residence about the delay and ask for the pick-up to remail in place. We arrived into Phuket at 0140 and proceed to the pick-up area only to find that nobody was there to greet us. After about 30 minutes we realised that no one was coming so we took a Taxi to the Hotel where luckily the front door was unlocked BUT the office was locked and nobody was around to check us in so we sat around the foyer for about one hour (no about 0330 hours). I was finally able to get onto a Wi-FI system and found the phone number of the Hotel which i rang. The phone was answered by a Loverly young Lady who immediately came and booked us it was now 0400 when we got into the room. We had a 0730 flight from Phuket the next morning so we had VERY little sleep. Again the young lady who booked us in to the hotel was there to drive us to the airport. She (I wish I had got her name) was fantastic and we thank her sincerely but the other part of the stay was not a smooth as it could have been. Thanks for letting me have my say on this matter. Everything OTHER than the young Lady who assisted us when we arrived and drove us to the airport. She as I have said above was fantastic and could have not done a better job.
