总的来说还是过得去，但是当天衣服遗失了，我再次打电话和发讯息都没有回应我，还是感到失望

很热情，服务也挺到位

房间卫生有待改进，窗帘上有一只死壁虎，第一天提醒以后第二天还在窗帘上，床单来的时候还有血迹和污渍

Nice view, decent facilities & comfortable room. Near to airplane viewing point.

Very good

Pool was awesome. Food was good. Customer service was excellent. Cleaning was daily and very efficient. Paid for the breakfast, it was cooked to order. The two "hotel cats" were friendly.

Mosquitos in room even when I didn't open the balcony. Ants in the bed, but I was moved rooms and no more ants. Air conditioner went out in the room with the aunt's, but I was moved the next morning. No washclothes on room only hand towel and body towel.

Great hotel at beach near airport

Very friendly staff; spacious, comfortable room; meters away from great beach; excellent breakfast and dinner; bikes available to ride to airport viewpoint; 15 minutes drive from airport; I would stay here again. Singer at restaurant serenading us at dinner with our favorite songs!

The best sunsets in Phuket

For our last days in Phuket, the hotel's advantageous location near the airport and beach made it a perfect choice. Our room offered a spacious layout and picturesque sea views. The hotel also provided bicycles for easy exploration and beach umbrellas for those seeking relaxation. Moreover, nearby the hotel was the well-known sunset spot by the airport, offering an incredible opportunity to capture memorable photos.

There is a limited number of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

Good Value Close to the Airport

Comfortable, professional hotel within walking distance of the famous planes of Mai Khao Beach. Great breakfast, good wifi.

Pleasant

Beds were very comfortable and rooms clean. Close to airport.

The pool could have been cleaner. Pictures do not reflect the current state of the hotel which is much more ‘tired’ than their website portrayed. Bar closed at 9.45pm. Given it was almost entirely full of European/western guests, we were surprised that very few of the staff spoke any English, that said, I appreciated we were in Thailand!

Exceptional

The location is amazing, so closer to the sea! Very quiet and calm area. The swimming pool is long. The hotel is not new but very well maintained. All personal are nice and helpful. I will be back for sure with my dog because it's a pet friendly.
