Erg mooi appartementencomplex. Mooie zwembaden. Het appartement waar wij verbleven was erg schoon en groot. Netjes ingericht. Voor het complex kun je gemakkelijk een taxi aanhouden. Na 5 minuten rijden ben je bij Turtle Village, een winkelcentrum met diverse restaurants, 7 Eleven en starbucks. Al bij al een prima verblijf!

De man bij de receptie was minder vriendelijk. Beetje kortaf.

No food at venue and reception doesn’t open until 9am

Mooi complex, zeer verzorgd.

Er staat beschreven dat er 2 queensize bedden zijn. Er is echter 1 queensize bed en 1 twijfelaar (140 cm). Host reageert niet bij vragen.

There was no breakfast which we did not expect. And no place to have breakfast in the resort. So we had to go and find another hotel. The location was really beautiful.

When we arrived at 10pm there was no concierge service. Eventually a security person tried to help but had no English or understanding of what we wanted, then another second security person tried to help us, found our room (which we NEVER would have found because of the size of the complex and we didn’t even know the room number) but then he did not have the security code. So he went all the way back to the front desk to find the code and eventually we got in to the room. This process took an hour and was at the end of a very long flight. Further, we were not aware that this was an Airbnb arrangement as Booking.com did not indicate that it was. We would not have booked this if we had known. I also tried calling a phone number and sending messages to Booking.com and only got a recorded message in Thai. I need to advise that, however, the second security man was incredibly helpful and concerned and we would have been sleeping on the couch if not for him.

Апартаменты просто замечательные! Отдых прошел волшебно! На кухне есть все необходимое, даже рисоварка. Кровати очень удобные, белье белоснежное. И для меня важно, что не было сильного химозного запаха порошка. Очень удобно, что на входной двери стоит кодовый замок. Все было чисто! P. S. Aek, thanks for the gifts. It was very nice and pleasant.)) They will remind us of our wonderful holiday in your country.

Для людей кто не переносит химические запахи! В гостинной стояли ароматические палочки. Запах был очень резкий от них(. Пришлось их положить в пакет и убрать под мойку. Перед отъездом просто вернула их на место. Освежители в ванных комнатах можно просто закрыть.

quiet location. pool and garden is nice

with THB 2000 cleaning fee, no cleaning was provided during the stay (2 nights), no refil of toilet paper (1 roll each for each bathroom). No other types of tissues/napkins in the facility. some stains on carpets, sofas, curtains, placemats. Some wallpaper fell off. Water faucets was not to the full functionalities. Cannot contact owner after check-in.

The unit was clean and quiet. The swimming pool was good and cleaned daily. The location was good, very near the beach. Check in and check out was quick. There were several massage places very close by on the beach. Affordable Thai restaurants were within walking distance, and the Renaissance was next door when we wanted hotel food.

Although cooking facilities were provided, there was no dish cloth or no table cloth. If you want to cook, you have to bring your own oil, salt, and sauces.
