One of the males receptionist, the younger one, was very nice, very polite and very helpful. He was there when I arrived Sunday night 14th April, by which time the restaurant was closed but he went out of his way to place an order for me on his app and get it delivered. I also noticed that he really cares about the guests, always smiling and saying hello to guest at all times. He is a credit to your team. It's a shame I can't remember his name but during my stay 14th - 36th April 2024, he has worked several shifts and seemingly the youngest male receptionist.

The other 3 receptionist behave like the guests were an inconvenience to them. They hardly smile or say hello. I have friends over to have lunch and dinner at the restaurant because the restaurant's food is really good, but even those friends mentioned that the reception staff are impolite and unwelcoming. I have stayed at the hilton garden in 3 or 4 times over the last 6 months and usually stay in one of suits room 712 about 3 times and once with my son in one of the twin bed rooms. I go to the hilton mainly for the facilities and the restaurant but definitely not for the attitude of the staff. The bell man the house keeping staff especially "Luba" are very courteous, polite and friendly. I got to know the manager of the world point hotel and their services there a far superior although their facilities fail them. I might start looking for a different hotel soon.

el olor a cigarro en los pasillos del hotel es terrible. Habia gente fumando dentro de las piezas y se siente mucho. El gimnasio pesimo equipado con pocas cosas. trate de que me devolvieran 2 noches por el mal rato y no me apoyaron nada.

friendly staff at the reception, really clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms, extra towels, water and other necessities - nothing was missing

Das Hotel befindet sich am Rande von Istanbul in einem Wohngebiet, umgeben von vielen Hochhäusern. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte und einige Restaurants. Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Rückseite hinaus. Dort war es meistens sehr ruhig, bis auf die Straßenhunde, die irgendwie die halbe Nacht gebellt haben. Der Poolbereich war ein wenig dunkel und kalt. Daher sind wir nur kurz schwimmen gegangen. Das Personal war superfreundlich. Ein besonderer Dank an Herrn Ugur von der Rezeption. Dieser war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat uns immer bei den Taxifahrern geholfen und somit hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, es gab türkische Spezialitäten, wie Käse, Oliven, Gebäck mit Schafskäse, Salate und Saucen. Aber auch Waffeln, Rührei, Marmelade, Croissants, Weißbrot, Müsli, Obst, usw. Ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreicht man die Haltestelle vom Metrobus. Fahrkarten kann man dort direkt am Ticketautomat kaufen. dieser nimmt aber nur Bargeld. Ich habe ein Ticket mit 7 Fahrten für 200 TL ca. 6€ gekauft. Mit diesem Metrobus kann man innerhalb von einer Std. in Richtung Zentrum von Istanbul fahren, man muss dann noch in die T1 Straßenbahn umsteigen und man kommt direkt bei der Hagia Sofia raus. Oder man fährt nur eine Station und man erreicht die Marmara Mall, mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Der Spabereich ein wenig wärmer und heller.
