All the staff were very kind and friendly and always doing their best to provide us a very pleasent stay. The room was very clean and confortable and the breakfast with a lot of options to choose. We recommend Senabil Hotel to every person who wants to stay at the center of Istanbul, close to everything! Mohammed was very kind to us and also all the staff of the restaurant.

Location was very nice, excellent restaurant right next door, close to many touristic points of interest.

It would be nice to have more light in the room. We were with kids and it's not enough light to comfortably read or play some tabletop game.

Location is perfect.The hotel is good, but it needed a slight renovatiion.However,all that is forgotten when the hotel has such staff. Ibrahim,thank you for everything, we fest like home.

Breakfast was OK. Room bathroom was old not like on the oicture you see. But it was only our room. Coleagues got better rooms. So be careful what you get. But it was very clean. Hotel is difficult to find. Our native driver had problems to reach it with a minivan. Location is very good on foot. Marmaray line, METRO, TRAM very close. Staff is very frendly.

We had problem paying with mastercard. VISA is ok. Se be prepared. There are ATMs near hotel. 10% provision for withdrawal! (depends on your bank also) Sometimes in the evening is quite noisy because of the restaurant on ground floor. (Music ... till 24h) Prices in restaurants (hotel and nearby are high) Would recomend to go in other part of Istanbul (LALELI...)

Breakfast was good but almost always the same in different variations. Staff was nice. Location of the hotel was really good, near to Marmaray, tram and Metro stations and Hagia Sophia. Room size was good for two.

Dirty room and dust everywhere. There was limescale on the taps and in the shower in bathroom and also very small. The window could not be closed, there was a big gap between the window and the wall.

the staff were amazing, very welcoming and nice. they solved all problems and found solutions fast. they had the answers to all of our needs in Istanbul. Ibrahim and his staff are welcoming, they have arranged us a daily tour, which was funny and nice. we have made a lot of photos. and the hotel is located not far from the pier and the metro. the room was clean. before we arrived I have challenged the staff to surprise my wife with something romantic, and they arranged us a balloon that says love, made heart shaped of flowers and there was a plate with fruits and chocolate cake waiting for us. i was expecting much less, but I was surprised on the good side. I'm very pleased. thank you Ibrahim and a big thank you to your staff. I've added two photos.

Location of the hotel is perfect: 10-15 minutes walk from Sofia, Topkapi, Old city, Gulhane park, Bosfor, etc... Breakfast was good, there was enough dishes to select from. At evenings, there was a life musik in the hotel restaurant. Room was cleaned every day.

It was a very good hotel the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, especially mr Ibrahinm and others. The prices are reasonable according to the hotel facilities. So recommended they have a restaurant and spa in the hotel and every night there is music night

The cleaning services is not good they didn't clean the bathrooms well while we staying . The breakfast is good.

Nice cozy hotel in the center of Fatih district, friendly stuff, perfect Wi-Fi, plenty of restaurants, groceries and shops nearby, massage salon right in the hotel

Upgraded using booking.com from single to double room to gain some more space, but upon arrival stuff said that single and double rooms are just the same size, so didn't understand what I payed for upgrading my room (they suggested another room which I accepted, but it was just the same size) unfortunately soundproofing was not good enough at least in my room, and as soon as there were children in the room nearby - I could often hear them screaming

the location is great, its all walking distance and safe neigborhood.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is very nice with lots of shops and restaurants around. the neighborhood is safe. it is good value for money given the inflation worldwide.

There were ants but we asked the room service to clean it and she did.
