The apartment was nice and clean. Once you enter your apartment, you feel good. It is behind istiklal street and hence meet your requirement if you are looking to stay close to this street. The receptionist was a kind and hospitable person. He was very helpful.

The entrance of the facility is very shady and bad. In fact there is no lobby. You are standing on a very busy road and find a small door, if you peak inside it and you are a first time traveller, you might think that you are at the wrong location. There are just stairs. You cannot see the reception area, there is no lobby. Nobody is there to welcome you. But once you figure out how to go upstairs ( the facility is locked for security reasons), you find the interiors much better than the exteriors.

The place is amazing, the neighbourhood is one the most prestigious in Istanbul with a lot of cafes and restaurants, the apartments is tidy and spacious with highend appliances.staff were great they meet you beforehand and and give you everything you need with a big smile. Considering the price, it is one of the best options out there.

Note that this is Maslak, so a bit far from most touristic locations. Other then that, our stay was perfect.

The location was perfect. Everything was accessible nearby. The bus stop was right outside our door. The stores are nearby as well.

There was not really anything that we didn’t like.

The property itself was amazing. Everything was clean and it was so spacious with everything we needed. There was a safety deposit safe for no extra cost, as well as AC in both the bedroom and the main living room. The location was perfect - there are so many food places right below the apartments, and Taksim Square is a 5 minute walk away. The whole area is always alive, especially at night. There is a bus stop right outside the property, and there is a metro service near to Taksim Square. We easily travelled to Fatih and Sultanhamet this way, but it could be walked as well (however walking back will be uphill which may be difficult). The reception staff were super helpful too, answering all our questions and offering advice. We would definitely stay here again and I would 100% recommend it.

I can say this hotlel in Istanbul is my home. It is always the first option for me in my visits to Istanbul. A perfect hotel with its location, staff and spacious rooms. the only problem is the horns of cars for those who are not used to it

Location near Taksim and Galata Very friendly staff and Burak is really helpful, he speaks English and the other guy at night speaks Arabic.

Compared to the other great things these are minor. The main door is a small one which doesn't give the wow impression, but you discover the place from inside is worth it. People with walking disability are not recommended to choose this place, as you need to take the stairs one floor from street to reception, where you find the elevator.

The location, the staff and the room all fantastic ! The staff was always friendly and helpful. All 3 of the men there made us feel like home. Highly recommended!

Staff especially Mr Burak and Mr Ali they were always available to help and support day and night. Very friendly persons and they really made our stay at element fantastic. Location is perfect with access to everything you think of or need.

Excellent location to stay if you're a tourist visiting Istanbul. Walking distance to Istiklal street is 1-2 minutes. 10 minute walk to the Metro station. Room was beautifully remodeled and had everything you need, washing machine , microwave, dishwasher , stove top. The value of the place is fantastic. Easily 50% less than other nice hotels near by.

Only negative about the place is that it's on a main busy street with cars and horns. If you can't handle that it's better to stay somewhere else. I used ear plugs to sleep and it was fine. It's not an fancy hotel but very clean and the rooms are nicely remodeled.

Central location. Apartment has all the necessary items needed. Cleaners came in regularly. Reception staff were excellent and helped with the luggage from ground to first floor. They were always courteous, responsive and willing to help whenever needed.

We had a great experience however this location may not be suitable for anyone with a disability or wheelchair requirements as elevator starts from 1st floor.

Amazing and hospitable staff. Reception is open 24h and the guy working the Night Shift is a star ⭐️. We had an early morning transfer to the airport booked but we were fearing that it may not show up, so he waited with us, ready to call a taxi in case we had to. In the end everything worked out fine, but his friendly and caring approach didn’t go unnoticed. 100% recommended

The building is very clean and the apartments are superb. However, the main entrance and stairs could use a bit of love as they give a wrong initial impression on arrival.
