the views are superb, and it a great location just outside the bustle of town. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was great.

Amazing location and wonderful view! Also love this part of town-close enough to be able to walk into town easily but far enough to be peaceful and away from the busyness of the centre of town,

Spectacular house and view. The fire places in winter were lovely, we especially enjoyed a night around the outside fire and the bedrooms bathrooms for all were lovely. It should however be made clear in the losting and when booking that one of the bedrooms was a bit separated from the rest of the house and accessed through the garage

The BBQ was really dirty and the gas bottle was empty. There was a spare gas bottle but we had to call to find out where this was and we feel the BBQ was an oversight it took us a long time to get it to a point where we could cook on it. We purposely booked this house as the family from UK really wanted a house with a spa pool. The rest of our trip we could t find houses with a spa apool so this house was our 'splash out, luxury house with a spa pool' unfortunately once we had arrived we were informed we could not use it which was very very disappointing. I understand things break and it's out of your control however some offer of compensation or other would have been nice as we definitely would not have booked this house if it was not for the spa.

The view of course is amazing and we especially loved the open fire which is incredibly easy to light. And the spa pool with its own view of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. We liked that the king beds could be split in two as an option to suit older couples and singles. It was great to be welcomed by Mark, who had the place all warmed up ready for our arrival. The set up was ideal for three generations of adults to share and although we enjoyed Queenstown nightlife (especially Rata restaurant) we could have had a fantastic time just staying put.

Our over eighty year-olds stairs would have appreciated a house on one level but the stairs are wide, well carpeted with hand rails so not a big problem. The oldies couldn't use the shower in the master ensuite as it is over a bath so tricky to access safely but the view from this lovely big room more than made up for it and the family bathroom with a walk-in shower is right next to it.
