Good location in the center of Nicosia.

The room was smelly and the shower had no separation with the rest of the bathroom, there was water everywhere after you got a shower. The bed was very soft and the pillows very thick, it was hard to get a good sleep.

Excellent, kind and friendly staff. Wonderful location. The rooms are quite and comfortable. Wonderful Cypriot hospitality. Highly recommend.

The bathroom gets clogged and you can't even have a shower more than 5 mins without flooding the bathroom. The shower curtain is wet and moldy. The place smells bad and feels toxic. 54€ a night. I can hear neighbor early in the am. Loud and clear as if they were speaking to me. Luckily didn't book more than 1 night. Finally moved to Airbnb with kitchen and washing machine. 4€ cheaper and yes this is on the south side as well. Depressing place to stay.

Fantastic location, very authentic common space design, friendly personnel. The terrace was the best part of the facility. We enjoyed our stay!

One room was a little to small for two people.

Great location! Also very flexible in letting me keep my car in the lot for a few hours after checkout and calling me when I forgot my iPad and holding on to it for me until I came back.

There isn’t 24 hour reception, so you have to be mindful of that. I understand it’s a major factor in keeping the cost down, but just understand that when planning when to arrive, etc.

The location of the accommodation is better than perfect. In a quiet street, in an absolutely great location, a few steps from the pedestrian street, with its own free car park. The interior design of the building is extremely tasteful, wonderfully combining traditional elements with modern architecture. The size of the room is also excellent, the bathroom and the balcony are unfortunately only a palm in size and cramped, but we only spent a single night there, so we didn’t feel the downside of these. There was a nice breakfast and I have never had such good accommodation in Nicosia.

If we spent more nights at the accommodation, I would enjoy a larger bath and a balcony, but the latter is compensated by the great roof terrace, which we still enjoyed.

All was fine. It is a lovely and cosy family hotel with an amazing roof terrace. Free parking was a pleasant surprise. Happy to return in the future.

I was a bit disappointed about the coffee as it was Nescafe for breakfast.

AC was noisy because there was a motor installed in the terrace of the room. During our stay some workers were carrying out renovations but the inconvenience was limited.
