You need to take out the internal latch on the entrance door to the apartment, I was tempted to use it and could not manage opening it in the morning. Host readily solved this. The light in the room is not good for reading, you can improve that. Somehow the AC, which was very necessary those days, was not as efficient as I would have expected. Might need some filter maintanance...

Location, the spaciousness of the apartment rooms, cleanliness, the kitchenette was well appointed and supplied, the entrance system was easy to use and reliable, the air conditioning units cooled very well in very hot weather. Very much appreciated 4 hour late checkout granted without charge. Overall a great stay for a conference.

A couple of minor things. Would have liked some fitted bottom bed sheets. Also fix thea horizontal kitchen cupboard door so it can remain open without being propped up.

Lovely and Cozy apartment with all amenities and good Wi-Fi connection. Walking distance from the center. Easy check-in and check-out. Coffee place for breakfast in 3 min walking distance. Owner polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

The Mini Art House is a turnkey apartment with no front desk. Instead, visitors are provided with a door code for entry. The host is very responsive, was in touch before our arrival, topped up an item that was not in the apartment on arrival, and provided a luggage storage solution on our checkout day. The building itself is located just off a main road on the edge of a residential area, and is an easy 1.3km walk from Eleftheria Square, which is a main access point to the old town. Since the accommodation does not offer breakfast, several excellent morning restaurants are available along nearby Themistoki Dervi street,. Two major coffee chains are also located on Georgiou Griva Digeni street. The apartment itself is fairly large, bright, clean, and fully equipped for either a short or long stay. Our bed was very comfortable. Ample hot water is provided through a solar panel that has a wall-mounted boost function for cold or overcast days. All told, we were very happy with Mini Art House and recommend it highly.

The provision of a built-in USB outlet or a plug in USB power bar should be considered.
