The staff were great and really friendly. They also let us check in early which was really appreciated.
The room is comfy, with a lovely bathroom. The location is fantastic in a lovely part of La Paz.
The breakfast was sometimes a bit sparse and could have been refreshed more often.

Equipe sempre pronta para atender e o hotel muito próximo ao setor de bares e restaurantes de Sopocachi.

We lived staying here so much we have booked another couple of nights on our return to La Paz next week. The room was stylish and comfortable with a view. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The receptionist even gave us a teleférico card so we could use the cable cars. Lots of restaurants nearby and a launderette around the corner so everything was on hand.
Nothing.

Breakfast was good
We only stayed for 1 night whereas we paid for a 3 nights stay. The bed was much too small, the mattress too old, the heater did not work and there were no blacked out curtains. Wifi was slow

The staff and breakfast are pretty nice.
there are ants in my room and the hot water in the shower is not very strong

Great breakfast and staff!
There were some issues with plumbing and in the shower, but one room had a great shower and the staff helped as quickly as they could with the plumbing issue that was not their fault.

The hotel is charming!! Our room was large and very comfortable. The beds were super comfy as well. The area is very walkable (25min to the main sights/area). The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! :-)
The only negative would be the wifi not working very well in our room, but we were on the top floor near the back of the place, so it's understandable. They have a great common area that I used for getting online.

Ideal for a stopover and short stay as located close to various facilities.
The choice for breakfast for a vegetarian is too limited and believe that a good day starts with a good meal and provisions should be made.

We had a great stay, the staff were kind enough to give us breakfast when we arrived early after our night bus, and had our room ready early. They were super helpful with anything we needed. great location, big rooms and delicious breakfast!

Location was ok, but it’s on a hill which is hard for a travelers to reach when you’re not accustomed to altitude. View from the bedroom was good.
The wifi was almost not working, hot water pressure was very weak and I got ants in my bathroom. They also got a tiny TV in every room. It’s useless.

Breakfast was great - very fresh and delicious. The service is also excellent. Rooms are super comfortable.
The blinds let in a lot of light in the morning.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Not far from the Witches Market— 9 minutes by taxi, roughly 30 walking (both worked well for me). Breakfast was amazing, the room was exquisite. The employees are really friendly and very receptive via WhatsApp (scheduling my airport pickup was a breeze).

We only had a short stay at the hotel but the place was great and the staff were very helpful. we arrived at the property before 7am, and after just a brief wait we were able to check into our room and were provided breakfast that morning. The room was spacious and clean.

I want to visit La Paz again and I will probably stay there again. Great location, nice neighbourhood, lots of light, delicious breakfast (they packed up some food, because we had to check out really early after second night), and friendly staff.

Very quiet location, the hotel is a former museum so everything old-fashioned, old wood doors and windows, but a bit noisy when someone talked because no carpets. Renovated and modern bathroom with lots of hot water. Breakfast was good, and coffee, tea and hot water was always available.
I don't know if it was just the direction that my room was facing, but there were only a couple of thin blinds on my windows, which did little to stop the room from becoming extremely bright before 6 am. Also, I didn't like that they didn't post the prices for beer in the cooler, and then charged a lot (20 B) for a small beer, double what other hotels have charged

First normal European breakfast in Bolivia after 1 week of traveling. There is all what you need in self service arrangement. Although no heating in the room nor restaurant area, everything was very good furnished and clean. Hot water in the shower is very important in Bolivia, as no hotel has it, except this one, so thumbs up :)!
Dirty sheets with stains and hair all over the bed. No heating in restaurant and room area.

- I like the breakfast, when they include the marraqueta.
- I did appreciate the room has lamps on the night tables.
- The place is so calm, so you can rest.
- Initially I made the reservation by Booking with 2 beds, but at the end the room was changed to another one with a double bed, I was told there were infrastructure problems with the room which is understandable and at the end we were able to handle it.
- The outdoor stairs, you do need to be carefull to down the stairs, it might get slippery not sure if it would be possible to have some type of "anti-slip stairs"

Breakfast had a good range, tea and coffee available 24/7, staff very helpful, beds were warm and comfortable. Hot showers and wifi was good.
The hotel itself is up quite a steep incline from the main road, and then there’s 2 staircases up to the front desk, and another staircase to the rooms. A bit of a challenge in this altitude!
Also there wasn’t a ‘do not disturb’/‘please clean’ tag for the room doors, so the staff insist on cleaning the room and towels every day - not very sustainable.

The hotel is very cosy with helpful staff and nice fascilities. Breakfast is good.
The hotel is close to the Sopachi area which is a really nice area to stay in. But I was a bit surprised that there were 3-4 blocks uphill. It is not far, but struggling with altitude this is something to take under consideration.
