The restaurant was not open for breakfast!

Receiving a mail on the day of arrival the hotel was overbooked and they had no room, luckily this was fixed

The location is good

When I arrived, security told me I have to pay only cash. Or he has to keep my passport and tomorrow I will be able to pay by card. I was planning to extend for 1 more night, becoming I came for a weekend. In the morning I meet receptionist, she wasn’t kind at all. Told me that only cash, also I asked her few more questions and got not so nice replies. Then I decided, to not stay there one more night, and told her that I will pay for 1 night and leave today, she wasn’t happy about this of course. Check out in this place till 12:00, she came to my door 10 minutes before, started to chock and reciting check out time. I decided not to explain her anything, just left. I love Bali and people here usually super kind, so this is really surprised me(( BTW first time writing negative feedback in booking.

the staff were all very kind and polite but were not very helpful when it came ti providing information about the area and helping to organise tours etc

no towels provided. did get me one when I asked. also realised when getting into bed there were no sheets, only a duvet. The duvet had several stains all over it. As it was late I could not find anyone to help so had to sleep under a dirty duvet

Great setting,, high ceilings felt luxurious ! Good size bed and room and large bathroom. The pool looked tempting and exotic.

Shame there was no kettle available to make coffee or tea etc. Given there was no catering or meals hotel could have provided some menus of local places that had extensive delivery options. As we were not local we could have been guided as to what was good and what was not plus perhaps so e small discount from those places.

Friendly hosts and very good location

Only minor things, like soap instead of the shower gel. In general very good value for the money

Overal an amazing guesthouse in a perfect location. The outside looked phenomenal and it had all the facilities you need.

The rooms looked just a little bit outdated and the bathroom could've been cleaner.

Kitchen you can use, great personal, comfy beds, good location near ocean, very good price. Been here for 1 week, no complains at all.

Poor WiFi speeds.
