Polite lady staff at reception. Very good WiFi (ground floor). Can be quiet (not to hear traffic noise). Comfortable bed

Cockroach at the sink. Very loud staff members: the lady speaks very loud and can hear clearly from my room; the guy listens and watches things on his phone at very loud volume. At 11 pm I asked him to lower the volume (he should be considerate that: 1) it is night so people need to sleep, so keep the noise at 0 if possible 2) he is at work, not at entertainment centre or at home 3) why on earth has everyone to listen to what they're watching?? Bring your headphones at all times! 4) At 6AM (morning) he started to watch again at very loud volume waking me up. The room is facing some enclosure with a window that had lights on all night. So have to wear eye mask to be able to sleep. Water dripping from the shower hose so it's always wet in the bathroom. Location is not great and Google maps actually points to an opposite street to where the actual entry is.

- Very friendly and helpful staff! - Wifi was perfect for working (though I needed to connect to the right WiFi) - Close to a lot of local shops for food - Very safe neighborhood - Water is available at all times - Price is very reasonable

- The listed WiFi in the room didn't work, so I had to connect to a different WiFi closer to the office - I'm not a fan of the bathroom layout (sink is in the kitchen)

Cleanliness - there were cockroaches everywhere and I informed the staff on duty but he did not take action and just simply ignored me even after a few reminders Customer Service - was terrible. I complained about the stinky linens and towels and I was only told they don’t inspect and check as customer were not complaining about it Value for the money - too expensive We travelled as a group and occupied 7 rooms for 2 days stay and we regret booking with this hotel.

Great central location I stayed at City Stay for 4-night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, and the room nice.
