The location of the property and the amenities were perfect, we were provided with a cot and high chair which were really helpful. We were so close to everything, we loved the grounds, the pools and the restaurants on site. The communication from the hosts on the lead up to the trip was really helpful, including providing details of taxi transfers.

On the second day of trip two of the pools closed however we were still able to enjoy the third pool so didn’t detract from our stay.

The location of the apartment is first class, On the beach and a few minutes to the restaurants, marina & nightlife. Lots of tree shade and places to sit & relax and enjoy the pools and 2 restaurants on site. The apartment was very clean. However the decor is dated. I agree with a previous review that perhaps foldaway chairs could be left in the room to enjoy on the grounds. We would have bought some but couldn’t locate any. The hosts are excellent. All communication was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou.

Centrally located in a quiet location in puerto banus within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and main marina. Good-sized spacious apartment perfect for a weeks holiday.

Not your typical couples romantic resort but suited us for a short stay.

Fantastic location, spacious, clean and excellent hosts. We had 1 minor issue which was dealt with immediately, also helped with transfers at a great price. Sitting out on the main balcony was a highlight with a lovely view - we would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect - next to the beach, the marina, shops and restaurants. The complex is very well maintained with spacious grounds, and has 3 pools and 2 restaurants. Our 3rd time staying here and won't be our last!

The apartment complex is beautiful and really well looked after. beautiful gardens, 3 pools, two cafe/restaurants and a 24hrs supermarket and pharmacy very close by. very well equipped apartment with good WiFi and loads of channels for the kids to watch movies etc in the evening. you are right in the heart or PB but without the noise. There is a beach club right at the front of the complex and if you were in a front line property I’d say the noise would be unbearable during the day unless that’s your cup of tea. it did not disturb us though from our property.

The decor is a bit dated but I think the property is for sale so perhaps it will be updated. there was construction work going on during the week which was noisy. not at night but during the day it could be annoying whilst by the pool or on the balcony. we arrived and of May and sun beds by the pool were free but on June 1st they had all been collected and you needed to pay €5 a day which if you were there for a few weeks could work out expensive. perhaps two sun loungers stored at the property would be advisable? in saying all that though we were very happy and had a lovely holiday.

It was in a superb location, very clean and amazingly well equipped. It was very spacious and the owners were very helpful. Very safe and secure property too.

Keys were readily available and on time. Beach was so close to the apartment and the Porto Banus was just a few minutes stroll away. The apartment was very spacious with a lovely sea view.

The condominium where the apartment is located is really in the center of Porto Banus. But the actual apartment location in this condominium is one of the worst.

Unfortunately, the photos of an apartment on Booking.com site are misleading - the view is not as described on these photos. The main sitting room’s view is a view to the neighboring part of the building with walls, windows and balconies in a very close proximity – approx. less than 10 meters. There is no actually a “Pool view” as its says the apartment description placed by the owners - you can only see a small part of the pool on the far when you stand on the terrace. The apartment is rather old and outdated. It overlooks to the North and there is no sun during the day time. The next day morning after our arrival, there was a construction work one floor down, that started at 8:30am with a lot of noise. To close the windows did not help as these are not modern windows frames that can reduce the sound of the noise. We complained about the view and the noise to the Landlord from which we rented the apartment – “Marbella Apartamentos SL” . We said to him that we are unhappy with the apartment due to the reasons above and if he has another one we can move into. He said to us that he “cannot control the construction works that are performed in the building and he has not any other available apartment to move to”. After our unsuccessful attempts to get an assistance from the Landlord regarding the change of the apartment, we had to move out the same day. The Landlord refused to give back the rest of the money for the rent we paid them. It was 526.50 euros paid it total . After our complaint to Booking.com customer service, they were also unsuccessful in persuading the Landlord to return the money. If you do not want to be disappointed and lose your money, please, be careful in rentals with the above described apartment and its Landlord.

The apartment was big and well fitted out. The location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and easy to get to the town, shops and restaurants

Because it’s cooler in November, it would have been better to have duvets on the bed. The bed in the second bedroom was hard so a topper would sort that. The temperature inside the apartment late afternoon, early evening was a bit cold and we had to use blankets to keep warm.

We were very happy with the appartment, location and the communication as well. Everything was clean and prepared for us. Fully recommended!

Just the terrace view is not really to the garden, but more likely to the neighbouring house.

No taxi rank outside of the complex, walking to the port bars and restaurants, albeit only about 15 min stroll.

The apt was in a fantastic location, very close to bars, restaurants and marina - all within walking distance. It was spacious enough for 4 adults without feeling cramped. The grounds of the apt were very well maintained and beautiful to walk around. There was direct access to the beach via some glass doors from the complex. Despite the central location, there was no noise, so nice and quiet. There is a supermarket about a 5 minute walk from the apt which was very handy. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the place to friends/family. The hosts Niall and Angela were very responsive and helpful.

There weren't enough sun beds so we sometimes had to do without one, which was annoying.

The location was perfect, away from thr busy street of Banus but in walking distance of all the points of interesent. The assistence of Angela and Niall was very helpful, they also complied with our extra-demands.

I only have amazing things to say about this property! I’ve been to Puerto Banus 4 times now and I have to say this was the best accommodation we stayed in. The apartment was immaculate with everything you need. The facilities of the premises was fantastic. 3 swimming pools which are all 10/10. Us as a group love a good pool and it was perfect. If your going out there to party etc… Ocean Beach is directly behind it on the beach which is super convenient. Puerto Banus is literally a couple mins walk from the apartment. Massive shoutout to the hosts as they made our stay super easy and efficient Thank you We’ll be back for sure

Apartment was lovely and great location for everything. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The apartment had everything you needed and was close to the local supermarket. We spent a day at the pool which was also lovely.

To pickup the keys and find the apartment was so so confusing, you get a package with a lot of documents to to read carefully at a residential building reception and the reception person has no clue of your rental . No human contact . Watch out for any damages even tiny ones you will get penalized heavily , too much stress
