There are some damn rogue clause which was so awful!!the manager is also very thoughtful,that they just earned me 90000Japanese en for no reason!!

No one at reception to help us to check in .Too much depends on automated locking systems.Atleast some authority person should be there to assist guest/tourist. As with me 2 senior person they provided me top most floor It is really difficult for them to climb all those stairs as no elevator system is not available.I recommend to chooses some better hotel than this

Location was acceptable

Dirty and ugly room, with small bathroom overfilled with mold everywhere. Totaly uncomfortable and noisy beds. It is actually my first time writing a review, but this room made me. 0/10

All well coded from checking in to entering our room.

The bed was in an angle and really uncomfortable. I felt I was rolling towards left side all the time. We booked 6 nights but we had to wash our towels nearly everyday. We left the place one day shorter than booking.

the room is simple and small but very clean and adequate. Instruction is in Japanese, which is difficult for me but my son read japanese so no problem.

The check-in procedure is self-help and very convenient. Since the hotel is in a residential area, we could rest well in a quite environment.

The actual room is smaller than what we expected from the photo and there is no extra space other than two double beds and a small tea table in-between.

Although far from the city center, it has decent connectivity to public transport.

The bed was not comfortable, you just keep "falling" towards the center. And the exorbitant cleaning fees kind of made it very expensive. I opted to pay in cash at the property, but the owner precharged the credit card, thereby rendering the option null and void as he was not to be seen the entire time.
