The view and location was incredible. Having a chef cook breakfast was great. Tatu (the cleaner was lovely!) Suleiman helped us organise transport and tours. Slay was around to keep security watch of the house. The staff were great!

The decorative sticks on the stairs are loose and extremely dangerous and there is no banister, my mom almost fell from a massive height. If this had happened this would not be a review, it would be a law suit. This is a huge health and safety concern especially with children! I had forbid my kids from going upstairs! The upstairs bed doesn’t have mosquito netting and the bedroom and bathroom doors get stuck and the handle comes right off the door. There were some internet problems but apart from the stairs the other issues were very minor.

Very nice house right on the beach. Perfectly operational. Great breakfast and nice diner by Cook Fredy. Some Italians would not have allowed the pasta al curry but we loved it!

It can be a bit noisy early morning with fisherman, and the beautiful beach is full of « Good morning madam » sellers. But it is hard to avoid!

Heavenly Villa directly on the beach!!! Very nice staff always available (thank you Alice, Suleman, Sule and Tatu), Villa perfectly clean! Highly recommended!

The location is great right on the beach, which has its positives and negatives. Staff really freindly and we were looking to buy some fish Sana was so helpful in arranging a fresh Tuna on our last night and barbecued it to perfection. Ended a graet visit to Kiwengwa

Loiterers sitting on the wall looking into the property does detract but it is on a public pathway with a public beach in front.
