Very quiet corner terrace with greenery mini garden. The first level house is big and spacious! The dining table placed right facing of the pool side, you'll enjoy your meal while watching the children in pool. The pool is cleaned, not so deep. Praying mat in every rooms. The host is very responsive! It's easily located and near amenities like PANDAN city and 15 mins drive to SOGO.

The owner should upgrade the cleanliness of the kitchen and upgrade the furniture, most of it are old and torn off, except for 1 new sofa and Carpets, they are cleaned. There many ants and flies around. The kitchen area need massive cleaning, especially to place the old and dirty cooking utensils aside. No plastic bin to throw leftover food, the kitchen towels to use were not clean too. Need to improves on the toilet, provide more toiletries and toilet paper. should also clean the balcony area at level 2. We experienced trip of power supply 4x in the middle of the night and had to go down and up again couple of times.

The place is really big, suitable for big family. Place is clean, swimming pool is deep, but clean. Yea some furniture is abit old but doesn't affect my stay. Location is near to amenities, very convenient. They provide things like travel pack shampoo and bath soap, extra pillows in wardrobes, lots of hangers, many many plates/bowls/mugs, utensils, and also prayer mats. Those are very useful. There's 5 bedrooms, 2 of which is on ground floor, convenient for elderly who finds it hard to go up and down the stairs. Rooms are hugeeee, especially the master bedroom with the toilet. Owner is very polite and approachable. Addresses with any issues right away and understanding. Price is also affordable.

Not much, really. Just that my mum's afraid of kittens, and on and off we will have furbaby visiting us so gotta lock the place good. The doors are abit creaky, so when my baby's asleep, quite impossible to go in without waking her up. Gets a little 'ulu' at night, but that's okay, coz im a light sleeper so not too bad for me. Only had an experience with the 2nd floor mid room whereby my dad decided to sleep there, the ceiling fan kinda got lowered after switching on for 2 minutes or so. Issue addressed to owner, and rightaway he assigned for his technician to come by and take a look. According to the tech its still intact and firm, but my dad didnt dare to sleep juuuust in case 😆

The sofa in the living room was very worn out. The rooms and bathroom door knobs was loose, we did not really close it fully.
