We stayed here for a week. What a lovely find. We chose here because of reviews and they had parking. The place is beautiful with a lovely view looking up to Macerata. Our rooms were beautifully furnished. The main living room had AC and a fan was provided in the bedroom which was more than adequate for a good night's sleep during a heatwave. The bed was very comfortable, WiFiwas very fast. The owners Franchesco and Analisa could not do enough for us and let us use their private sunbeds/umbrellaconcession they had on the beach. In the evenings we would would sit out in the garden and have a bottle of prosecco, Analisa would leave a little home made treat out for us to enjoy with our drink. They recommended some really excellent restaurants and did so much to make our stay so enjoyable we were treated like family. Breakfast was super with home made cakes, delicacies and even homemade marmalade served with a lovely breakfast. Cassandra did a great job in the mornings and indeed everyonewas so nice.. We would happily book here again. The owners and staff were fantastic.

I had a great stay at Dimora visiting Marcheta for a baseball tournament. Amazing breakfast every morning and pleasant family running this rustic B&B with beautiful views

This is one of the most beautiful place I've ever been to! Fantastic hosts, who make you feel like home from the moment of your arrival, huge garden, beautiful & stylish facilities, and fantastic meals made of local products. Despite having quite a busy schedule of our trip, we didn't feel like leaving this beautiful villa at all.

Wonderful quiet garden setting outside Macerata with a nice view of the city. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Exceptional hosts, eager to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable.

Great hospitality from owners, fantastic breakfast (make sure you're hungry!), lovely quiet location. The house is beautiful and full of interesting antiques, our room (really a small flat) was very comfortable. Recommended.

The only negative would be that whilst it's obviously possible to walk into Macerata in practice you will end up driving! Easy enough once you get the hang of the one-way system & parking is plentiful.

Fantastic house and garden in relaxing surroundings. Annalisa and Francesco make their guests immediately feel at home and do everything they can to assist guests with information about Macerata and the surroundings. Super breakfast with home-made jams and cakes and unusually for Italy super-tasty savories. Tomatoes from the garden! The breakfast is served in the most gorgeous old renovated kitchen and can be taken out to the terrace to enjoy the morning sun. and listen to the crickets .
