Tout à été parfait. l emplacement en ville Parking privé devant la porte d entrée Chambre et lit spacieux et confortable Salle de douche fonctionnelle Tout était super propre !!!! Le patron et sa femme adorables et très patients pour répondre à nos questions et nous aider.

The property is located within Macerata however, it is found at the end of a steep downhill facing the valley hence surrounded by the green. There is plenty of parking space at the property. The owner is a really nice person and was fully available to make the arrival smooth. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning over summer is a must. There is a nice small pool in the garden of the property. Also, in the morning you can have a self service breakfast in the property kitchen. Highly recommended

Hotel manager is so kind ,words cannot express his kindness when our train was delayed by 1 hour in the middle of night he came all the way by his car to pick us from station. Late night he also provide us food.while only morning breakfast included.he also dropped us after checkout . We would recommend everyone to stay at his place .

The location was perfect for my 1 night stay. It is very near the arena which I was attending. The host very kindly showed me the way. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean .
