Hospitality staff Geeta is exceptional. ShAdd on breakfast is an added advantage,e is always available for any kind of help. Location is also very good.

It is good property, cool peaceful place. Gita, the caretaker of the homestay looked after all the guests properly. She is very hardworking and soft-spoken lady. Overall,my staying was there very good and comfortable. I would like to visit this homestay again.

The lift is not always working properly. It needs to be repaired/maintained properly.

The location is good for those who has medical dependencies in AMRI hospital Dhakuria

The owner Alokesh was rude and not cooperative, when told about breakfast included for 4 adults as per booking.com protocols. Even initially the extended stay for 3rd July was said available both by owner Alokesh and staff Gita, but after discussion on breakfast with the owner Alokesh the stay was denied and was asked for checkout. This created a bit of chaos for family visit, during medical emergency at AMRI hospital at Dhakuria. In breakfast, omlette was too oily, and tea served was very thin (almost water, with no taste). Bedsheets were torn, and when asked to staff Gita, she told previous customer did it with cigarettes. The owner/staff didn't even bother to change/replace the bedsheets with a fresh one. For 2 days stay, there was no cleaning done next day.

Ambience, food & behavious, special mentionable Mr. Banerjee(owner) is a "Man of commitment". As promised over phone, same way found hassle free check in.

Homely atmosphere, no traffic hue & cry, prime location with all connecting transportations.
