Jose our host met us and gave us information about the city, suggested restaurants and shows and gave us his number if we needed anything. It was great to know we had someone to call should we need anything.

The apartment has two flights of stairs and no lift so tricky with suitcases if heavy.

Apartment was so big and lovely it had everything you needed- bonas great decor and comfortable beds. The extras like welcome coffee pods and teas were great. José was so welcoming and ran you through everything, all very smooth and attentive with extra info on local places to eat and supermarkets was fantastic, being our first visit to saville. Location was ideal and overall great stay.

Just to mention an odd smell from the master shower room, only once entered and didn’t really bother us.

Location was great, and the decorations were a nice blend of understated minimalist elements with some bold and funky touches. We loved the wallpaper in the kitchen, for example. The master bedroom had a traditional Spanish and luxurious feel, whereas the other two bedrooms felt more Ikea-style. The kitchen was fully equipped with a washer/drier combo, dishwasher, pots/pans/cutlery/cups/plates, etc. We appreciated the great distance between the large master bedroom and the other two rooms, which allowed for privacy and minimized noise distractions.

One of us would have liked additional towels. We also had some plumbing issues with both bathrooms, but the host fully resolved them in one bathroom and partially resolved them in another.

Perfect location, very comfortable apartment with all necessary stuff for staying, clean and extremely friendly and responsive host manager. We enjoyed this apartment so much! Definitely, good value for money.
