Perfect apartment in perfect location in the old town. There is everything necessary. Parking just at the door. Definitely rerun there.

The accommodation is in the perfect location for a short visit to Le Mans. There is parking right outside and great bars and restaurants and the old town on your doorstep. Couldn't be better.

It was all good.

Thé place is very nicely decorated the surrounding the old Man’s is really beautiful and the host very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful location in the centre of the old town, clean, spacious, great facilities and thoughtful touches like linen basket, useful baskets and containers that would be great for a longer trip! Xavier greeted us and found a parking spot just outside in the square below. Guided us and gave us lots of little towns and villages to consider visiting as we continued our journey to Calais. He even got his English speaking wife to phone to explain about the light show on that evening! Excellent service.

plastic mattress sheeting on 2nd bedroom bed too sweaty! Due to excellent location, many bars and restaurants nearby, patrons slamming car doors and jovialities prevented sleep until about 2am. not a problem generally but we had had a long drive and early start. just something to consider if you are not out late enjoying the evening yourself!

Wonderful gem of an apartment in a brilliant central location. The host was warm and friendly and met us promptly and gave good recommendations of things to see. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Well located in the old town of Le Mans - with very comfortable accommodation. The bed was excellent and everything we could need provided.

Nothing - the old winding staircase might be a challenge if there are any mobility issues but great for burning off calories after dinner.

Fabulous location and a lovely studio apartment. Very steep stairs but the landlord just picked up our suitcase and took it up the stairs. He even offered to carry it back down when we left. He had saved us a parking space right outside. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect location to explore the medieval city and right next to the cathedral. There is a restaurant in the house next door, which is pretty good and couple more around the corner.

You should not be drunk when you get home. The stairs can be dangerous. Definitely not the right place when you are not surefooted.

The hosts were great and managed to let us in before the allocated time, even though they had a lot to do. They were very accommodating and nice. The flat was just great and the location perfect. Le Mans a very interesting city.

Very clean, wee equipped apartment. in the centre of old Le Mans. Xavier the host was very helpful and knowledgable about Le Mans. Booked local restaurant for us that was excellent food, excellent value and very local.

the stairs to the apartment are narrow and windy - a challenge for less mobile gayest.

The location was right in the old town.

Xavier met us with the keys. Very friendly and helpful. His mum and wife both spoke good English on the telephone and were very helpful and kind

Difficult to get a parking space but managed to park for free next to the river.

A very comfortable flat in a great location, right in the heart of the old town. Xavier was extremely nice and helpful - going out of his way to help us tired travellers to get some food. Greatly recommended

Stairs very narrow and steep

Clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment right in the middle of the historic city. Xavier was very helpful and friendly. Le Mans is well worth a visit.

Access by a spiral staircase would be a problem for some but for us it added to its charm.
