The location is great in front of the ocean , also has all the kitchen needs to cook everything, upper bedroom a/c works very good

Property has a refrigerator in bad condition only about 5% lower area works freezer about 10%, downstairs bedroom a/c not working

Location is beautifull, the hammock, the refrigerator, the lady who helped ua was really friendly

A lot of garbage at the beach, also in front of the house. No lights in the front of the house, so it is very dark after sunset, some ornamental lights would be oke. Security; the front door was broken, people were comming inside the property just to go across so they could reach the beach. The doors at the second flor could not be locked; neither the balcony doors. Some glasses of the windows were broken at the second floor, it is a waste of energy if you use the air conditioning. Not good isolement. The mosquito nets had a lot of holes, so it does not really work against mosquitos. There were a lot of mosquitos during the night, maybe you can consider ways to low the mosquitos plague. Internet was really unstable The toilet smelled -not oke- Restaurant; price is too high. For the price of the food you expect at least a better restaurant. I would no come there again -restaurant-
