トイレが臭かった 隣の部屋の声が聞こえて気になる

The room was quite comfortable and clean.

The location was in a neighborhood that was not too friendly, there were lots of love hotels around the area, and it was a little bit uncomfortable getting to the hotel using public transportation. The rooms were also not very sound proof, as we could hear everything that was being said / done in the kitchen.

i like the effort and thought put into the room, giving us toothbrushes and towels, along with the slippers to move about the house. super clean and you can adjust the AC to what if comfortable to you. if you’re staying longer than I did(1 night), there is good closet space and some room space by the bed. peaceful view from the window. bed was comfortable and they provide one pillow, and a second in the closet if you need. won’t charge a cleaning fee as long as you clean the room before you leave. very nice people, I was was confused on how to get into the building, and someone came by and showed me. turns out it was just me being stupid and not reading the email they sent me with instructions. their check in time is great, evening to midnight. being that we were in a late flight, made it to the hotel at 22:30. most hotels don’t allow check in past 20:00.

Location is not so far from Haneda airport.

They decided to change my room soon before my arrival, there were no keys so I couldn’t open my door and access to my room. Thanks to the help of another customer who received my room, I realized that they don’t really respect the bookings of customers in that place. Thanks to my friend who accompanied me I could call but otherwise I would have no place to stay. Poor managing...

Everything good. Easy self-explanatory self check-in, Clean and everything there we needed.
