L'emplacement de l'hébergement est au top si on veut visiter Colmar, c'est reposant, la literie et le bain balnéothérapie après une bonne journée de marche et de visite font du bien. Johan est très sympa, à l'écoute et bienveillant !

On a tout apprécié, il manquait juste la petite enceinte pour profiter pleinement du bain comme lors de notre premier passage.

L'emplacement est top!A 2 minutes du centre là où se passe généralement me marché de Noël ! Le parking sous terrain est une réelle facilité !La baignoire spa est top pour se détail après une journée à marcher. La literie est de bonne qualité 👌 Tout c'est passé pour le mieux. Juste un bémol pour le petit déjeuner, pas très fourni. Mais nous avons été accueilli avec une bonne bouteille 🍾C'est aimable.

Apartment is close to city centre.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast is not in place where you stay. You get some cards and need to go to bakery where they give you only croissants which is not enough comparing to hotels breakfast where people have choice what to eat and how much to eat. A bathtub that leaks after every shower is definitely not a SPA. Brown and yellow spots can also be seen on the sheets.

Tout. Plein centre ville idéalement situé La personne pour m'accueillir à été charmante et très disponible. L'appartement est très bien aménagé. Propreté impeccable. Petits gâteaux de bienvenue et bouteille de vin offerte. J'adore l'idée du petit déjeuner en collaboration avec les 2 boulangerie s situées en bas de L'appartement. Il y avait café thé chocolat à disposition, jus d'orange. Le livret d'accueil avec les explications, conseils de visites et suggestions de restaurants. C'était parfait !

Rien à voir avec l'appartement...mais malheureusement les gens ne respectent pas le calme et la tranquillité de leur voisin. C'était un peu bruyant. Manque cruel de savoir vivre de la part des personnes de passage

Le matelas est très dur

Les petites attentions (petite bouteille de vin, biscuits salés et sucrés) pour prendre un apéritif en arrivant. Netflix. Lit confortable. Propre.

Grosse déception pour la baignoire à remous (critère le plus important recherché pour le séjour). L’eau n’était pas suffisamment chaude pour pouvoir en profiter. Hôte contacté, qui a confirmé que le ballon d’eau était probablement vide… Joints de la baignoire détachés. Pas de douche, compliqué de se doucher dans la baignoire, car tuyau trop court. Toilettes ouvertes directement sur la chambre. Sol à côté du lit mou lorsqu’on marche dessus.

Une attention particulière nous a été réservée à notre arrivée (bouteille de vin et ballotin de biscuits offerts). L'appartement est spacieux et bénéficie d'un spa dans la salle de bains. Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans la location. Adresse chaudement recommandable.

Absence de volet vraiment occlusif

Fantastic location at the very edge of pedestrian zone in old city centre yet well connected to central train station via buses (5,7 and maybe some more). Apartment was spacious, much better looking than you can judge from the photos at Booking site. Apartment consisted of kitchen, living room, bedroom and large bathroom. It was equipped with espresso machine with plenty of espresso, tea and hot chocolate capsules. In the fridge was complementary bottle of vine and two bottles of juice, and lots of butter. There was also nice selection of jams. Breakfast consisted of butter, jams and croissants and baguettes from local bakery which are free for guests of the apartment. WiFi was also good, didn’t have an issues with connection so I didn’t measured speed. Big screen led TV and Bose wireless speaker are nice bonus to already cool apartment.

Wall heater in bathroom didn’t work, but we had small electric heater to compensate. Wall heater in kitchen was disabled so kitchen was cooler than the rest of apartment.

Wir hatten das Appartement 5 im 3. OG. Dieses verfügt über ein kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn-Esszimmer eine kleine Küche und ein Bad. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt von Colmar ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist kann man für 20€/Tag eine Parkkarte in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage Place Rapp buchen. Die Möblierung der Wohnung ist etwas beliebig. Die Betten waren aber sehr bequem.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas mühsam. man kann von der Straße nicht erkennen. dass sich die gesuchte Ferienwohnung hinter einer beliebigen Tür befindet. Die Klingelschilder geben keinerlei Hinweis. Der Name Suites Residences Spa soll wohl ein gewisses Maß an Luxus und Entspannung vermitteln, allein, wir konnten nichts dergleichen in der Wohnung finden. Wir fanden ein unterdurchschnittlich ausgestattetes Bad mit defekter Heizung, einer Dusche mit nicht mehr ganz so sauberem Duschvorhang und schmutzigen Wandfliesen. Der Boiler für das warme Wasser beanspruchte einen wesentlichen Teil des kleinen Raums. Das von uns gebuchte Frühstück musste selbst besorgt werden. Lediglich die Butter war in ausreichendem Maß vorhanden. Alles in Allem eine herbe Enttäuschung,

Sehr gutes Frühstück und bequemes Bett. Es war genug warmes Wasser da.

Die Wohnung war zum Innenhof ausgerichtet in dem die Menschen laut waren. Letztes Jahr hatten wir eine Wohnung zur Straße die war besser.

Situation géographique au top! Appartement très bien aménagé, silencieux, chaleureux et romantique... le Spa fut un réel moment de détente après avoir arpenté les rues du centre ville tout l'après-midi ! Week-end inoubliable

tolle Lage in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Gutscheine für nahegelegene Bäckereien fürs Frühstück waren eine großartige Idee.

Innenliegendes Badezimmer hat ein wenig muffig gerochen obwohl es sehr sauber war

- Exceptional location, right by Vieux Colmar, walkable distance to all attractions in town. - The bikes available were definitely a plus! We rode to Eguishem, Riquewihr, and Beauville. - The room is actually an apartment, well equipped and very comfortable. - Staff was great!

L'appartement était très sympa, et j'avais demandé une ambiance romantique et je l'ai eue.

On a fait un SPA, et là... grosse fuite(petite inondation) d'eau dans la salle de bain. J'ai donc du prendre les serpillières et éponger le sol, donc pas très romantique. Et l'écoulement d'eau du lavabo ne se faisait pas correctement, pas très pratique

Great location, apartment nicely decorated an well equipped, even thought the breakfast had to be collected at a bakery near by it was very nice. On the whole we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the night we stayed there was very hot and we would have really appreciated air conditioning, without which we slept badly...

Great location in Colmar, walking distance to the train station and into the old town. The appartment was very spacious and had all of the comforts of home.

That people could smoke in the entry area downstairs. ( Or that there were people smoking there.)

The appartment wasn't really for tall people (+1m90). Partner of nearly 2m had to watch out for doorframes, bed was too short and couldn't stand straight everywhere in shower due to a beam.

Value, but misadvertised.

1. A lot of noise, not just the street but the stomping of the upstairs neighbors. Gets better at midnight and starts full-throttle at 6am. 2. The comforters for the extra bed are dirty, stains all over. And no extra sheets. 3. No shower, we tried to used the shower head of the spa and the bathroom floaded. The bathroom smells dampened. 4. The master bed could be cleaner and could use and AC, not great ventilation. Winter should be ok. 5. Parking costs 20, is not specified, and is far. Just said it has parking included, it is misleading. 6. Breakfast is just bread.

free bikes to ride

Good central location, a bit tricky if you are driving and get into 1-way system around the town, but that understandable with the old cities like Colmar. Easy parking - very handy. Apartment is clean, a bit basic, but good value for overnight stay. The SPA bath is a bonus. Good bread+croissant arrangement for breakfast. Overall happy.

The beds are a bit too soft to my liking.

Excellently supported and communicated with by our host Sandrine throughout. Beautiful apartment, central location, warm hospitality and little details made the stay so enjoyable and memorable. Would 10/10 return.
