The apartment was in a good location, only 10-15 minutes walk from old town. A lot of attention to detail has been given in detailing the appliances and local area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were provided many complimentary item such as fruit, Prosecco, herbs, spices and other condiments. These all made our stay very easy and able to cook in the apartment. all the equipment provided was an excellent quality. Communication from the owners was excellent giving us the exact location of access to the garage. We were met on site to guide us into the garage and be taken up to the apartment. The garage space is a little tight but very welcome so we could park in a secure space. We have an Audi Q5 so not a small car and we managed fine. All in all a fabulous break in beautiful Annecy.

Fabrice and Stephan were very helpful. Fabrice met us at the garage which is around the corner from the front entrance to the apartments. The garage space is down several levels and through two doors before getting to the space with it's own door. Fabrice guided us through all this and helped my husband back the car into the small garage space. There was a lift from that level of the garage to the apartment level so no stairs. The one bedroom apartment with balcony had everthing you might need. There was space to put clothes in the bedroom. The living area had a table and four chairs, a sofa and comfortable chiar. There was a table and chirs on the balcony and a clothes drying rack. The bathroom was a good size, with a large shower and had the washing machine in it. There was plenty of space to hang towels as these are not changed daily as they would be in a hotel. The kitchen had an oven, 4 hotplate cooktop, microwave/grill, kettle, juicer, coffee pods machine, coffee plunger, toaster, juicer and large fridge. There was also quite a lot of food items there as well, which was a lovely surprise. The location was a little out of the old town and away from the lake but it is easily walked.

It was all fantastic.

l'appart du 7 was a lovely modern apartment close to the town centre. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exceptionlly well equipped. There were chocolates, fruit, wine, breakfast ceral etc supplied. We were met on arrival by Fabrice who showed us the car parking and the apartment and was very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay in Annecy.

The appartment is great. Very nice to have coffee, fruits and drinks in the fridge when you arrive. Location is very good.
