The location been close to beach, shops, bus stop, food vans, balcony, having three bedrooms and ensuite good size.
The main bathroom had black mold on the ceiling.
The property had not been cleaned, (dirty toilets, floors, bathrooms). There was no welcome pack eg: milk, bread, tea & coffee sachets, paper towels. only 1 key, no plug for kitchen sink. No contact person when needed except for the watchman who we were not able to contact we did not have his phone number we did not know which apartment he was at next door. No one followed up to see if we were ok or needed anything like clean towels (not enough towels). There was no kitchen sink plug. The bed linen didn’t seem freshly washed/changed from the previous people.

The Appartment has a very big balcony just in front of the beach so you can even watch sunsets from there ! That is why we come back every year ! Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathrooms have towels and soap. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 rooms. One is with bathroom. The owner communicate in English well and is very kind.
The bathrooms could be newer like it has its age but we nevermind it.

Excellent location with only about 50 meters from the beach. It was wonderful to have morning swim before breakfast. Apartment is equipped with everything whats needed for comfortable stay. Hosts are most helpful with advising on taxi service, sightseeing tours. Grocery shopping is only 15 min walking. Restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walking but taxi service is also available. Delicious street food is available right across the street.

Wonderful location overlooking the beach and sea, could hear the surf. Very helpful owner, even bought us a heavy pack of water since we didn't have a car for transporting shopping. Flic en Flac was the perfect location for us, peaceful, great restaurants within walking distance and of course just across the road to swim in idyllic ocean protected by the reef. Also excellent local buses every 15 minutes stopping right outside the apartment. The balcony was massive and very comfortable sunbeds.
The swimming pool was out of action on the roof terrace, a pity because the views over the mountains up there were stunning. Perhaps it wasn't operational since Covid and we were in the winter!

We were there two times and everything was perfect for both of our holidays. Beautiful sea view from very big terrace. It's perfect for breakfasts, watching of sunsets and dinners.

We liked the size of the apartment, it was spacious. The host was super helpful, and quickly reacted to all our questions. Location is great, beach and nice restaurants are nearby. View is suberb. The flat had all the needed equipment.
Furniture and equipment were a bit old. Some nights it was a bit loud. Shower doors were leaking. The toaster shut down electricity. The rooftop with the pool was in terrible condition.

the location is wonderful - you can see the ocean through windows. Spacious balcon, living room.
beds were not comfortable. Shower had leakege through cabin, so floor was flooded.

The apartment was spacious, the location excellent, very close to the beach. The host, Sha, was very helpful and always responding to any queries/messages promptly before arriving and whilst we were there.
What we liked the most about the apartment was its larger than average balcony with 2 sets of tables (dining + coffee) as well as 2 sun lounges from which you could admire the best sun sets on the island!
The only complaint about the apartment complex rather than the apartment itself is the state of the swimming pool “decking area” which is basically an artificial grass that is clearly worn out with some nails sticking out. However that wouldn’t prevent us from re-booking or recommending the apartment to others as the apartment itself is 10/10!

Apartment is just on the coast, from the roms you can the ocean, clean and very spacious place. Landlord lady is amazing, very kind and helpful, she informed us about approaching cyclone and helped a lot sending the information what to do. Parking is located on ground floor, in the shade, so your car isn't hot when you want to go out. Closest supermarket is around 700 metres, restaurants including Trip advisor awarded ones not more than 5 minutes by walk.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. It’s really well equipped and has everything that’s needed. The front sea view from the terrace is amazing and the location is perfect and right next to the beach. The owner Sha was really helpful.

The location was excellent with a lovely view of the ocean and within walking distance from shops and restaurants. The owner checked in regularly during the stay to ascertain whether we had any problems and we were offered an extension on our stay and we were accommodated with a late check-out.

Spacious apartment in building with elevator, large terrace with beautiful view to the beach and ocean (in the evening beatiful sunset), equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice and friendly owner, new clean towels and bed linen during the accommodation.

Excellent service minded staff who helped us with everything! From car rental, airport transfer to dolphin trip. The apartment is perfectly located. Just a few meters from the beach and within walking distance from restaurants, food trucks and a really nice grocery store. This is a place I strongly reccomend!

Really cool apparment, very big. Awesome kitchen with everything you may need. Nice pool with view. Appartment located on third floor (with elevator) and this is very big plus. We have seen one small gecko and cockroach only once during our stay. This is very good compared to other appartments on the island.
