The most beautiful place we have stayed so clean and well kept, lovely gardens and the pool was always spotless. The staff were kind and friendly. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. Cannot recommend more.

Nothing it was perfect

Tout était parfait. La vue magnifique, l’emplacement au calme, la chambre, la salle de restauration, la décoration soignée, le personnel très accueillant, souriant et attentionné. La piscine est superbe et l’environnement exceptionnel. La nourriture est délicieuse, les cocktails aussi. Séjour parfait. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande à 100%.

Понравилось абсолютно всё, оочень приятное место - везде используются натуральные материалы (стекло, дерево), интересный дизайн, все номера с видом на горы. Завтрак вообще лучший из всех, что мы ели на Шри-Ланке. я знала, что хочу остановиться именно в этом отеле, но меня немного смущали некоторые негативные отзывы, и к счастью, это все оказалось неправдой) например, кто-то писал про то, что шумят лягушки, а на мой взгляд - это самое тихое место, где я спала в Шри-ланке. писали про труднодоступную дорогу- ну да, это горы, но мы на убере днем доехали без проблем, даже после сильного дождя и небольших оползней. в общем для меня это место 10 из 10 ❤️

View was beautiful all around. Choice of menu at breakfast and dinner were very thoughtful and catered authentic as well as western. Location was very peaceful. Staff was very helpful.

Nothing to mention in particular. Perhaps the location may not be suitable for the elderly and disabled as it requires climbing uphill to rooms. To be honest I don’t know if rooms are available at the ground level for such people so better to call the property before planning your trip.

The picturesque location the garden that reminded you of Pandora from Avtar.

The location is bit remote but that’s what you sign up for when you opt for a mountain vacation.

Welcoming Staff. Especially Mr.Ajith & Mr.Sharma who also guided us on what to do and get places to neat in the city since its about 5kms from this property.

Illumination on pathway towards room 7 was not sufficient. It would be great if something can be done about it.

The scenery was beautiful and the rooms very private. Breakfast was a lovely spread and the pool area was very serene. The water was a little chilly, but once you’re in you get used to it. We used the free laundry service, which was handy. The view of the mountains was lovely to wake up to. You cannot walk into town from this location though, you need to drive in.

There is no working air conditioning, which we were initially worried about, but we were provided two standing fans, which in conjunction with leaving the doors open for an hour or so before bed, made the evenings bearable. Our shower had a very weak stream, so plan your hair-washing before you arrive!
