It is very clean and modern the pool is very good

The beach is not in the hotel you have to take a ride to arrive there. The street at night is very dark and scary hard to walk alone in it.

Piscine exceptionnelle (100m x 6m), chambre spacieuse et confortable vue sur mer, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, nous avons aimé l'Océan grill restaurant, visite de Colombo offerte très appréciée.

Le restaurant principal peut-être, il y a la quantité et le choix mais pas trop la qualité gustative pour nous.

We loved the hotel! Amazing pool, nice shuttle to the beach and a calm lounge there for hotel guests. Great gym!! Variety of food for breakfast and options for lunch/ dinner buffet. We will definitely stay again in Colombo.

The pool is very nice and the food was good however the room is spacious.

The walls appear to be not soundproof and if you get someone talking or partying you hear everything very frustrating therefore if possible request a room which does not have a connecting door

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Obsługa bardzo uprzejmą, gotowa spełnić wszystkie prośby. Na miejscu basen, bar i znakomita restauracja. Mnóstwo możliwości spędzania wolnego czasu w spa, prywatnej plaży. Możliwości wycieczki po mieście. Przestronne czyste pokoje, codziennie uzupełniana woda, napojami i przekąskami.

Wszystko było wspaniałe.

Lovely pool with great sunsets. Good was some of the best I’d had the whole way round Sri Lanka and many were also 5 star resorts. Quite honestly couldn’t fault the place. Wonderful way to end my two week trip around this amazing country.

Dobrze zatrzymać się w tym miejscu po długiej i męczącej podróży. Obsługa jest świetna, śniadania różnorodne, pokój przestronny i czysty. Na fachu hotelu jest basen z super widokami.

W hotelu wszystko było ok, przy czym na przeciwko nie ma plaży, obsługa organizuje dowiezienie na prywatna plażę. Nie korzystałem, więc nie oceniam negatywnie.

Modern property. Spacious comfortable rooms. Great buffet breakfast with local and western food. Friendly helpful staff and great pool and gym.

I couldn’t find any interesting places to eat in the local area.

Das Zimmer war groß, total sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Tolles, großes Bett. Sehr leise Aircon, angenehm zum Schlafen. Dachterrasse mit Infinity Pool und Garten inkl. Restaurant toll eingerichtet. Fünf verschiedene Bars und Restaurants im Komplex. Sehr professionelles, hilfsbereites Personal, besonders Zimmerpersonal, und geradezu sensationell in der von uns viel frequentierten Sunset Bar.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, für das Stadtzentrum braucht man immer ein Taxi oder Tuktuk. Und es ist mit 300 Zimmern gigantisch groß, was eine persönliche Ansprache verhindert.

Location and facilities. The infinity pool, one of largest we have been to (53mtrs long). Room boy Dilan and Ms Chamani of front desk were very helpful.

No complaints. The Management is taking care of everything very well.

Takpoolen är kanon! Skulle kanske behöva bytas några kakelplattor men överlag fin. Du har allt i närheten.

The wifi was spotty. There was a step at the entrance to the bathroom/toilet which was a safety hazard.

Some (few) of their staff is very hard working and sweet.

My daughter had purchased a special soft towel worth 70 USD from a 7 star resort in Maldives. She had it in her suitcase and the suitcase was open. The hotel housekeeping staff took her towel and no amount of running around and chasing the GM and duty manager helped. It was an extra large jumbo sized softest towel in the world, not even used once and so different for the smaller rough towels of the hotel. But they refused to look for it, take responsibility and return it. She cried and cried. This was probably the most expensive luxury personal thing we bought for her and Marino hotel just took it. The worst and most unresponsive management team in the world. They don't even understand the H of hospitality. Avoid this place.

Central location, facilities, the roof top pool and the food.

Lots of mosquitoes and other insects in the balcony which my wife hates, but because the location of the hotel overlooks the ocean.

The location is par excellence! The infinity pool with the sunset view takes your breath away! Everything is great including the breakfast, the lounge, and the facilities.

Infinity pool was really good and pool area overall was great and not crowded although there were plenty of customers in the Hotel. Breakfast had loads to choose from and dinner buffet too. We also tried in-room dining which was also tasty and quick. Room was spacious with really comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Complimentary city tour was great addition.

À notre arrivée on nous propose aimablement un surclassement avec vue sur océan… merci ! L’hôtel est immense mais cela ne nuit pas au service attentionné. Les chambres et terrasses sont spacieuses, salle de bain avec wc fermé, sanitaires et literie impeccables. Petit déjeuner très complet tant en produits frais que cuisinés. Centre commercial en sous sol bien pratique pour qqs achats souvenirs. La piscine en roof top est séduisante et le restaurant terrasse très bien pour le dîner.

Dans les points moins positif, il faut signaler la plage qui est à 10 minutes en voiture (navette gratuite, une fois toutes les heures seulement). en fait l’environnement n’est pas extraordinaire, voie ferrée,. Océan sans plage, immense chantier de construction et bâtiments en très mauvais état… La zone n’est pas très belle, mais l’hôtel n’en est pas responsable.

Die lage könnte etwas besser sein, es is nich ganz zentral und die umgebung nich so ganz ideal, auch wenn ich nich weiss ob es in der stadt so was gibt.

Polite & Efficient staff!! Swimming pool, Sauna & Jacuzzi were outstanding. The complimentary service to city's attractions & private beach is a great gesture. Neat & Clean! Excellent experience!!

Excellent Hotel. Good location. Highly recommened. Very well appointed reams, fantastic facilities and really friendly staff. The best hotel and breakfast during our 4 week holiday. Hotel very clean and well looked after. Beautiful infinity pool. The range of food for breakfast was amazing and the quality overall excellent. Well done! Staff in general were very friendly. Check in staff sat me down at a desk and served us welcome drinks. Got our family rooms that were all close together and were happy to oblige in giving us take away breakfast as we had an early departure and it was a very generous serve.

Not enough lifts and the lifts are small so you often have to let a few lifts go by before you can get on one if it is a busy time. City tour was a let down, guide old us very little about each location.. Out bus was ridiculously full. Hotel should not utilize the fold down seats in the middle of the bus as it is too cramped. Also people on the tour should be told not to move seats as it caused issues getting everyone back in. Tour would have been better to have included a couple more stops. Playing Christmas music 3 weeks after Christmas in the hotel hallways was quite annoying also. The mall next door/attached to the hotel is not that great for shopping or food.

VERY CLEAN< Comfortably large room with a great view and good variety of food .....Access to beach lounge and city tour in a comfy bus were excellent complimentary addons...overall excellent value for money ... One of the best hotels i have stayed .
