Spotlessly clean apartment, good location on quiet street. Spacious with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, large bathroom as well as a second toilet.

Welcoming staff. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Ample cookware and crockery. BBQ was good. Bathroom was large with good washing machine.
Dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner and soap tray were at the other end of the large shower area. Difficult to access when using shower as floor was slippery when trying to access them.

Both the property and staff were exceptional. Everything was clean and extremely well maintained with comfortable beds and furnishings. Our apartment was quiet and secure and within close proximity to shops, restaurants and attractions. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
The only fault was the washer/dryer combo in the unit which made it difficult for families who may have one than one load needed to be done.

The apartment was absolutely stunning! Presented well with everything you need and more. The kitchen was well organized, and the bathroom was fantastic. The bathroom also had the washer/dryer combo. The bed was extremely comfortable. The spa was very private, which was excellent. 10/10

Couch wasn't that comfortable & lounge was a bit bland. In some ways I'm splitting hairs so just constructive criticism really.

It is very nice interior, the host is very friendly and accommodating. Very suited for corporate travel and the location is both quiet and safe. Highly reccomend Urbano which is within walking distance for coffee and morning breakfast/ brunch
Beds are a bit hard, okay for one or two nights thou.

This was an amazing apartment, very big with every facility you could need for a great stay and help with anything was on site. You will need a car to get about but we would thoroughly recommend this property for anyone staying in Rotorua.

The host was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities that you require. The kitchen had filtered tap water which was a very nice touch. The outdoor spa was relaxing.
The detergent draw of the washing machine was slightly mouldy. This could easily be recitified with some cleaning. :-)

Kitchen, bathroom, beds, washer - everything works. Apartment eas really clean and big.
Parking area was a bit tiny for a big vehicle. Smell of hot spots did not invite to spend time on a patio. Fortunatelly inside the air was fresh and smellness.
