Breakfast was good and the location was perfect for the activities we planned

Deep spring clean of the mattresses as we had found a cockroach in the bedding

Das Frühstück war insgesamt etwas sehr dürftig. Es gab nur 2 mögliche Varianten, die vorbestellt werden mussten. Das Küchenfenster ließ sich nicht verdunkeln, so das es nachts immer etwas hell im Zimmer war.

適度な広さで必要な食器や冷蔵庫/電子レンジなどの家電は一通り揃っていて問題なく過ごせる。歩ける範囲にスーパーもあり便利。

廊下に面した側がサッシの掃き出し窓で入口もそのサッシを開いて入る構造なので、中を覗かれそうな感じがして少し気になった。 キッチンが使える割にテーブルが小さく食事をするのに狭い。

Plenty of room with lounge, table & chairs, spa and good sized room with kitchenette. All very good.

Staff friendly easy check in nice and clean alot of shops just a walk away

No heating in the spa also no shelter for smokers area

Staff were helpful and friendly,the inn is situated in an ideal spot close to venues,town,supermarkets and takeaways.Our kids enjoyed swimming and we particularly loved the Sushi restaurant as it was so handy having it on-site for breakfast and dinner.

The rooms which we stayed in were comfortable and nicely furnished. Handy to several attractions and not too far out of the town itself

The room was so clean and smelled amazing. The bed was so comfortable, even the pull out couch that our son had was so comfortable

Minor downfall was there was no numbered parking spaces so when we left the parking space right outside our room to get dinner when we came back the park was taken and there was no spaces left so we had to park on the road.

Clean room, servicing was very good, Grandchildren and their dad loved the swimming pool as weather was very hot in Rotorua and it was a bonus. Motel very close to everything we needed to visit. Love it that the Sulphur smell is very weak in this location. Supermarkets, petrol stations very handy. My son loved the gyms close by i.e. walking distance. Air Con was the biggest bonus as Rotorua turned on the heat and awesome weather. Staff super awesome, available all the time for any queries. Your Facilities and location has made me return this is my 3rd booking

Bathroom sink water does not drain very well very slow to drain. Sofa beds are good for the young grandchildren but not a adult. Maybe add extra washing machine and dryer as this was in full use while we were there and long queue to wait for the machine to be freed up.

The shower head pointed towards the outside of the shower creating a lot of water to be on floor. Ended up slipping over as you can not see water on the floor, and the tiles were very slippery

The property was clean and had a comfortable room that has been recently renovated.

It was a bit far away from the main town of Rotorua and a bit over priced.

Quick check-in. Strangely "ASURE" wording was not used -- it should have been removed to avoid confusion.

Small room with a tiny pantry. Room lighting was poor. Cover of electrical switchboard was not fitted properly - loose and tend to fall.

Very clean and had hot water. Last place we stayed at in Rotorua had no hot water for showers.

Slippery bathroom

The room was very well designed with the rooms, small kitchenette with a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were the best and were very helpful. As my wife was not feeling very well, they allowed us have 'as late as possible' check out. The Japanese restaurant on site was also very good. We had a nice takeaway.
