Perfect apartment and great location, ideal place to spend some days visiting Tallin and its surroundings.

I have been in several different apartments in 20 years (from suburb to old town), but always avoided apartments at modern area around Viru Keskus. Now I am so happy, we found this place. Apartment is at the seventh floor with huge balcony faceing old town, Coca-Cola -plaza, Rottermani area and You can also see the sea / harbour. Ypu enter from the Narva mnt, and elevator takes You up. Apartment looks just like in the pics, everything was clean and furnitures and beddings are good quality. We smoke, so the balcony was perfect for us. Big thing with high temperatures outside, is air conditioner luxury, and there is two of those (bedroom + living room). At the kitchen, there is fridge, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and washing machine. Positive suprise was also, that You can use the elevator to go to the third floor, enter from there trough parking house to third floor of the Viru shopping mall. So, if weather is bad, You can enter the mall without going out, and carrying groceries is so easy from the shop.

We found only couple things that could be better: sofa bed in the livingroom was ok, but there was no mattress topper, I did not mind, but for some people it would be not so nice to sleep without that. Also, frying Pan was not in the best shape, but was enough for our morning eggs.

more table table ware (glasses, forks, spoons and knives) would have been nice regular channel were not visible (maybe batteries low on remote?) on tv although netflix etc. were available

Not very clean apartment- smell of cigarette smokes, full ashtray on balcony!!! Not clean bathroom, problems with electricity- it's not possible to use laundry washer together with other electrical items- you stay without electricity:) Not very polite staff. Basic utilities in kitchen.

The location was great. The apartment was simple and decent and had everything needed. We stayed with children and the sofa bed was a great solution.

The bed was too soft to my taste. You could hear neighbours doing renovations, starting early morning, which was not nice for people on holidays.

The view was perfect... My son always wanted to be on the balcony to watch buses traffic lights and boats... 😀

Amazing apartment with all the necessary facilities. They even had a potty for a child! Location is super convenient, free secure parking, great views from the balcony. Highly recommend this apartment if you want a relaxing and trouble free stay.
