had a great stay, the space was perfect for 2 people and the aircon in the bedroom definitely helped. we enjoyed the pool and common area. we ordered in a couple of times and there was ample cutlery and plates.

not a big deal as we both wake up when we are ready but I know for some the bedroom gets bright in the morning as the windows do not have proper sun block curtains etc.

the pool was nice. the location in relation to restaurant and massages is good. The property manager provided his WhatsApp which made it convenient to contact them. The mosquito net in the bedroom was effective.

the villa was next to a street, the pool photo that you see, the wall separates the villa from a side street that is used by noisy motorcycles all night making it difficult to sleep. The windows do not have black out so in the morning, the sun is blazing into the room making it impossible to take any naps during sun rise hours or to sleep late. We checked out at 11 but our flight was at 4pm, we could not leave the luggage in the room as the next guest will check in. This is more an Airbnb rather than a real hotel.

The villa is has beautiful Balinese decor, a duplex layout, lounge, dining, kitchen, open air bathroom with rain shower & an air conditioned bedroom with mosquito net. The bedroom has a lockable metal gate for security which made us feel at ease at night. The management also provide mosquito sprays for the rooms and for personal use, we bought the same products for the next villa we stayed at. The pool is lovely and cool and the loungers gets a good amount of sun throughout the day. We stayed 3 nights to experience Seminyak and it was a great location, a short walk from the main streets/ 20 min walk to the beech.

Possibly a couple more towels, management would have changed them if we’d asked or if we’d accepted the cleaner in over the 3 days but we preferred not to be disturbed for a short stay.

Such a perfect big villa for two! In such a good spot, close to great food, drinks, markets and nightlife!
