Viel Platz für zwei Personen, zwei Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten auch für Balkon, Sonnenstoren, Aussicht auf See, 5 min Fussweg zur Badestelle am See, Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus entlang der Strasse, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, gepflegte Liegenschaft.

Ausstattung der Küche ist teilweise minimalistisch: keine Mikrowellen-Abdeckung, keine Schere, kein Schneebesen, keine Besteckschublade. In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Kleiderschrank (oder mindestens Kleiderhaken) und ein Nachttisch. Es gab nur ein Duvet und keine Bettbezüge. Zu wenig Haken im Badezimmer und Küche. (Kleiner Tipp: Erneuerung der WC-Bürsten :-)

Large and spacious apartment. Clean and close to the beach and easy walk into the nearby town. Parking is included.

There is no AC so it is quite hot in the summer. Parking can be a challenge when there is a holiday.

Modern well designed apartment which was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. 2 bathrooms. Great view onto the lake. Good parking facilities in the garage. Great service. We needed to add the parking space and extra bed linen and they promptly responded.

Rubbish in the garage was very messy and unpleasant.

*Big Balcony with the nice view to Como lake and mountains. *Big apartment, (2Floors) two bathrooms/WC's (with shower and bath). *Good location-Easy to find (not too far from the road and the lake). ~200-300m. to the closest cafe-bar. *parking spot next to the apartment.

*cleaning could have been done better. we found some nails and hairs (but its fault of the cleaning company) *Sofa-bed (Ikea) on the first floor is not very comfortable. its ok for 1-2nights, but for longer period, I wouldn't recommend.(but you have two comfy beds on a second floor).

no AC, no reply when asked for more fans. very small common areas. not much within walking distance.

We've had a fantastic stay at Apartment Tulipani 17. The views from our apartment were breathtaking, the apartment itself was very spacious, beautifully decorated. It's only minutes away from the closest beach, 10 minutes walk from the park with the beach too. Ferry station is just next to the park. Our host was very nice, he came to see us at our arrival to explain everything.

There is no AC at the apartment. The only way to walk to the centre of Tremezzo from our apartment is to walk on the road (sometimes there's no pavements) .The roads are super narrow , the drivers are not slowing down when the see you . Be careful when you walk there.
