No complaints it offers everything we need. Full size fridge. Stove w/oven Comfortable AC was definitely a MUST

The place was nicely appointed and well decorated. I loved the backyard and how it backed up to a vineyard. The bed was comfy too.

The cancellation policy was terrible. I was quite ill and tried to cancel the day before (more than 24 hours ahead of time). I even asked about rescheduling because I did still want to take the trip. Despite an email and two calls, I didn’t receive any response to my request other than an auto response telling me there would be an almost 200$ fee to cancel with no mention of rescheduling as an option. The day of, after no luck in getting a response I finally messaged that I would just go and try to enjoy my trip. I was responded to at that time by a man telling me they would have needed a full 2 weeks notice to change my reservation. I hadn’t even made the reservation that far in advance to begin with. When I arrived there I thought the place was charming but I felt so ill I stayed in bed the entire time I was there. To boot, the water was shut off without notice for a matter of hours. No shower, tap, nothing. I had to call them and the man I spoke with had no idea that the water was off. After about three hours in late morning/early afternoon they finally got it back on. I would definitely not stay here again even though the place had its charms.
