the ceiling was leaking water

Location is great. We had lots of room to spread out.

Cleanliness was very lacking. The glasses in the cupboard were dirty, the floors were not cleaned well. The upholstery on the sofas is desperate for cleaning. The washer wouldn’t work. The apartment decor is outdated in my opinion. Roaches were spotted in one of the bathrooms. There were so many piles of bikes and things outside the front entrance, it was difficult to enter the door. The first day the pool was cloudy and by the last day it smelled like pure bleach. I was afraid to allow the kids to swim in it.

The location is good on 30A.

There is not any hot water in the master bathroom. We had 8 women in the unit for a girls trip and one shower that was functioning. It has three sinks, three toilets, and one functional shower.

Booking.com advertise the place for $171.00 and when I booked it they charged $400. Complete rip off. Place was terrible, no hot water in one bathroom and the other bathroom shower the drain was stopped up.
