Este clásico de adobe de dos habitaciones está ubicado en las colinas del histórico barrio de Cerro Gordo, a solo dos millas de la Plaza y una milla a Canyon Road. Sus características tradicionales incluyen una chimenea de kiva, paredes de adobe expuestas, baldosas mexicanas, pisos de ladrillo y vigas hermosas en todo. Dobles puertas francesas se abren al patio de todas nuestras habitaciones. Es ideal para disfrutar tranquilamente de las hermosas vistas a la montaña, ir de compras y cenar en la cercana Canyon Road, o relajarse después de esquiar o practicar senderismo en los cercanos Dale Ball.

What an amazing home and location! My spouse and I lived in Santa Fe from 1999-2004 and returned this past week with our teenage sons to show them our former home. It was a memorable trip for that reason but staying at this property made it all the more special. We started and ended every day soaking in that view and felt so peaceful and relaxed throughout our stay. The location is perfect for exploring both the mountains and the downtown and we loved how much thought went into the design of this green home. Thanks again!

This house was fantastic! As others have mentioned, there are some treats from the host waiting for you when you arrive.
We are a family of 6, and there was plenty of room for us all.
The grounds are beautiful are serene. We all enjoyed spending time outside - either in the hammock, walking to the hiking trails, sitting on the porch, eating dinner outside, or stargazing from the hot tub.
The location is so great for getting to various parts of town, and just hanging out at the house was awesome, too!

One comment: the kitchen is so stocked with kitchen items that there wasn’t really storage for them pantry-type food we brought, but the refrigerator has plenty of space for cold items.

The location was ideal for our first extended stay in Santa Fe. It’s only 10 minutes from the square but right next to the trails we wanted to hike. The Dale Ball trails made me want to go back and get my bike!
The house is quiet and comfortable. Most times are provided (bring aluminum foil and oils if you want to cook). The two main bedrooms are on separate ends of the house. If you plan on using the den as a bedroom know that it contains the TV and anyone in the main bedroom has to walk through the room to get to the kitchen area.
The hot tub area is great, private and comfortable.
Our host provided wine and chips when we checked in.

We enjoyed our stay! We were welcomed with chips and salsa, water and wine. This was the perfect greeting after a travel day! Everything was great about the property. It was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable with young children.

We enjoyed the space very much. The one shower is a bit difficult to use for some, keep in mind. The fireplace and firewood are a lovely touch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe.. The house was perfectly situated right off the canyon trails, and we enjoyed exploring the area. The decor was beautiful. From the tile work, to the wonderful pieces of art/pottery, and the numerous genres of books, we very much appreciated all of the details in the house. The welcome goodies, well appointed kitchen, and custom toiletries were perfect additions for our stay. Views from the hot tub deck, and from all of the open French doors were amazing. We had an early flight out after our stay, and the sunrise isn't to be missed!

This is a lovely, private property with good access to town and hiking trails. The hot tub and fireplace are nice features, and the kitchen is very well equipped.While he property can sleep seven, it is best for four, particularly given the current bathroom situation.
We really appreciated how responsive Two Casitas was to any issue that came up.

The location is great - just 2 miles from town with beautiful hiking and biking trails literally at the end of the driveway. View from house is great. Extremely private. House could use some furnishing and decorating TLC/updating.

The home has many nice touches including a well equipped kitchen and spice rack, plus those disposables that are so needed. The appliances are new; there was no hood when you use the stove so smells and heat build up. There was plenty of firewood but it was too hot. But be aware: this home is not air conditioned and while 10 years ago this worked because the days weren't as hot, we hit the 90's just about every day. It was difficult to get a good air flow as the main dining/living space has no screened doors or windows and bedroom screen was broken in master on one window. When we cooked, even with two fans on, it got pretty hot. Also this home is located on a dirt road that was rocky and full of ruts and bumps and hilly/curvy. We had a heavy vehicle but being large, we couldn't easily turn around on the "street". It made driving a challenge esp when we went out at night. But the views are great, and we enjoyed our stay. Was really clean and plenty of linens provided.

This house is perfect. It's a beautiful property and the location is great. It's within walking distance to multiple great hiking trails, but also a really short drive into the city. I especially loved the bird houses and watching all the birds come and go in the morning.

Great location, enjoyed the patio/porch immensely. In general a great place. It might be good for owners to make a few upgrades in furniture/decor. Overall a nice stay.

What a beautiful home!
This is such a relaxing home. We hiked everyday and were able to do tons of hikes without getting in the car, just steps away from this home. Beds are so comfortable, kitchen is perfect and loved the fireplace. We had fires everyday!! I do not have one complaint about this home. This house is perfect for kids too, they had a ton of space and had the ability to play outside too. Great location too, super close to downtown. Easy walk to downtown. Property manager was so responsive and helpful. Amazing experience.

Stunning Property
We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very comfortable property with all the amenities. Wished the master shower head wasn't so painful though. It wasn't adjustable so we couldn't use it. That was the ONLY thing though. Everything else was beautifully curated and left us wanting for nothing!

Great Place Overall
Wonderful views and a sense of being away and yet still very proximate to the city. Nice house and nice amenities - everything in good shape with just a few small exceptions: coffee maker and dish-washer looked expensive but did not perform well; well-water used to fill the hot-tub turns green (!) apparently with the chemicals used, so a just a bit of a put-off; the property manager had some billing and communications challenges (all eventually sorted but not smooth); the old orchard (?) in front of the house is not well-kept, which is a bit of an eye-sore as all rooms face into (or past) it. Despite these small items, I'd still recommend the property.
