Nice staff,near Bts station

Noisy location had to change rooms Seedy area,ran out of food in club lounge on last night,very chaotic

Breakfast I had a problem. I thought I booked but I didnt. The person on the breakfast desk said that if I got a discount rate I had to pay separately rather then adding to my bill. This was unacceptable to me but she said it was hotel policy. NOT A GOOD policy especially if you want to claim back the expense on one bill. Hence, I didnt take breakfast.

The staff wa so accommodating. I had to change rooms twice for various reasons but the staff members made the process seem less. The location was as great and the room was masern, large and comfortable. I travel 11 months out of the year for business. The Landmark hotel was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Thai people are known for their hospitality and the Landmark hotels staff lives up it.

I liked everything.

Gym, location

1. This probaly is consequence of the location. Very noisy from Nana. Should have sound proof design to the window and building itself. 2. Temperature sensor of AC may place at wrong location. Feel cold once it was turned on even I set it at 24C.

The hotel was excellent and the staff incredible. Just wish I had more time to enjoy.

Not a thing I disliked.

Contrairement à mon séjour précédent, du 29 au 31 Janvier, où je mentionnais le manque de professionnalisme voire même de compétence des serveuses du bar face au lobby, cette fois-ci ayant réservé une chambre club premier et ayant eu en plus un geste commercial de l’établissement en me surclassant, je n’ai donc eu aucun contact avec le personnel du bar incriminé. Tout le staff du 31 ème étage , de par leur compétence, leur attention à l’égard du client me conforte dans l’idée que l’hôtel Landmark reste une valeur sûre pour un séjour réussi à Bangkok. Le doute m’avait envahi au terme du séjour de fin Janvier. Je tiens à mettre en lumière le travail irréprochable de l’ensemble du personnel s’occupant du ménage et de la blanchisserie, trop souvent oubliés car agissant dans les coulisses de l’établissement. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse, leur serviabilité et leur totale efficacité.

Rien, cette fois-ci. J’espère qu’il en sera de même lors de mes prochains séjours.

The hotel standard was quite good and they keep the standard.

Anbindung an Stadtautobahn zum Flughafen leicht erreichbar. Premiumzimmer perfekt und Bettmatratzen sehr komfortabel. Zimmerservice tadellos. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausblick vom Clubrestaurant aussergewöhlich, unvergesslich! Frühstück und Nachmittagsbuffet in der Club Lounge war Perfekt. Nette Swimming pool Atmosphäre. Für mich das Number "One" Hotel in Bangkok und das seit 1989.

Green House wegen Umbau geschlossen. Keine Alternative im Haus. Lobby Bar kein Ersatz. Neuer Lobby Bereich ist für mich zu kühl, passt nicht zur restlichen Ausstattung des Hotels. Früheres Design hat mir wesentlich besser gefallen.

The location is perfect, right near the BTS and just an overall super convenient location. The breakfast choice was great and the view is incredible while you eat. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and made the stay even better. The gym is AMAZING because it’s an actual franchise gym that hotel guests get to use. This hotel is really perfect.

Not much, the room looks a little old and the pool was cold but this is nothing major as they have the jacuzzi.

Disappointment to not be told the hotel was under renovation

To find the Terrace restaurant to Sukhumvit was closed due to renovation. This was one of the main reasons I booked to stay at the hotel.

The hotel was able to arrange a late check out for us and kept our luggage till late evening as we had a night flight. We really enjoyed using the pool facility & the view from our room was amazing. Amazing location also

The pool water was a bit cold and felt that the size of the pool in comparison to the size of the property was a bit smaller than expected

The room was beautiful and comfortable, it offered all the toiletries you could possibly need, the shower was incredible! The staff was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you

Currently being refurbished BUT this didn’t make the stay bad. If anything the staff were very accommodating

The renovations, having to enter by the back entrance. Coffee shop wasn’t very appealing. We had to go to the Marriott (BBCO) for nice surroundings.

The Club Rooms are really nice, I loved the complimentary ironing service and the drinks in the evening. The staff was very attentive and kind.

Only the constitution in the lobby. The first days there was no constitution, the last days there was and the difference was very noticeable. To this day I don’t understand why they closed the main doors to the lobby.

breakfast room is always crowded and the seats are old and not safe to use, I cut my leg while seating on one sofa on the restaurant due to sharp edges.

the rooms are nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. We did like the location as well. the executive rooms come with breakfast and happy hour drinks and food on the top floor, which is quite nice

the Aircondition takes some time to cool down the room the renovation on the ground floor is a bit annoying as the main entrance is not open the pub in the building was closed as well for the renovation the Hotel should have told the customers that this is going on during the stay, which the did not one out of four elevators not working
