Everything about this hotel is excellent. We arrived really early and while our room wasn't available the Staff looked after us and got us in there as soon as they could. Breakfast was great, the views were fantastic and the Rooms were immense.

The location is perfect very central helps so much with being in close proximity to the train station/transport especially if you intend to go out a lot and having a shopping mall beneath/besides you was just so handy. The concierge were so fantastic. They were very hospitable, and would translate Thai to taxi and motorbike drivers etc for me to ensure I was got to my correct destination safely etc They were humorous this helped lol The reception staff very friendly and the young housekeeping staff were just a delight. Just a note that you have to pay a bond when u arrive but you’ll get this back when you leave. And you might need to guide taxis around the back to the hotel (correct way)because they often took you to the front of shopping mall lol. The pool etc closes a bit early so I missed it lol. Get the breakfast deal with room because it’s well worth it.

Great location for travelling to and from the airport by taxi. BTS is not too far but quite a walk if you have luggage. Everything is as described and like the pictured if not better. The pool area and gym facilities are really good also. Room service great too.

Second stay. Had to move room this time because of loud music from a bar on one side of the hotel. On both stays I cannot say the staff provide 5 star service. No alcohol is served in this hotel.

A lack of better toiletry item like tower which I think they may have been reuse too long and better sandal.

Location is the best for this hotel and the hot spring they have is very special!

Breakfast is way to Asian. They should have more choices of food and they don’t have a pool bar for cocktails

I have been to this hotel before, so I know what to expect. The rooms are good and the breakfast is good too. The location of the hotel is prime and close to everything you need. Highly recommended.

No bar, breakfast buffet extensive, but none of the cooked food kept warm/hot enough.

No alcohol served. Very limited option for dinner. Pool closes very early; we were not even allowed ti sit by it after 8. Staff not always helpful. Shuttle to the Sky line not timely and sometimes did not stop to pick us up

The location was amazing, in the middle of restaurants and good bars. The bed was comfortable and facilities were great. we had a great time here.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I love it for its central location and that it has easy access to food and cool cafes.

Very comfortable, nice and modern, very clean central for everything also had a shuttle to take you to the sky train.

There was nothing to dislike.

moody from the corridors, and there was maintanence work in the building. nothing much to see or do in the area but that’s ok as we stayed for the gym and spa availabilities in the hotel. it’s a no-alcohol hotel which can be great :) we just felt like a beer after a long day of travelling and that was not available

we loved the hotel, the room was really nice with a beautiful view. The bed was comfy, stylish furniture, friendly staff. The breakfast was also delicious with a huge variety. All in all, a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Staff are super friendly and helpful at any hour you need them, good location with lots of restaurants around it is definitely a nicer part of Bangkok, taxis cost between 250/350 baht to go to the more touristy parts. Indrive app is great for taxi service. Taxi from the airport cost us 450baht. The room was a nice size, the bed was really comfy, bathroom was great with a bath and shower. Pool area kept well, great rooftop views. Only stayed for one night as we had a flight early the next morning but wished we could of stayed longer!

Couldn't get an alcoholic drink around the pool - not the end of the world!
