Property was great, location perfect and staff, especially the lady who looked after breakfast were fab

Rooms a little dated in decor:walls needed painted but very clean. Air con didn’t work, we asked for take away breakfast on lot last morning for early flight and for two people we got 3 small packets of crackers, 2 jam portions, one apple and one orange, that was such a disappointment after the breakfasts being good and served by a lovely helpful lady

Zentrale Lage ca. 300 Meter vom Markusplatz sowie ca. 150 Meter vom Bootsanleger S. Marco San Zaccaria (Linie 1 und 2 vom Bahnhof) entfernt. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Bäckerei im Erdgeschoss. Wasserkocher vorhanden. Frühstück ist auch in nahegelegener Bar zu vertretbaren Preisen möglich.

Geruch nach Kanal im innenliegenden Bad, der uns die ganze Zeit begleitete. Keine Spülmaschine, wie auf der privaten Homepage des Hotels ausgewiesen. Töpfe und Pfannen aufgrund stark verschmutztem Zustand nicht nutzbar. Küchenfenster zum Innenhof mit Blick auf Klimageräte.

Just in the middle of everything

The personnel was excellent and the service perfect. Ample quantity of breakfast was greatly appreciated. The location is superb. I would certainly go to back again! What's more, the infrastructure of the hotel does support an iron for clothes as well as a curling iron.😉

I believe the mattresses need replacement.

location was just great. Poalo at the desk was super great, very pleasant and helpful. breakfast was reasonable, helpful staff with requests.

room was a little small, a lot of noise in the back alley with workers coming and going to the adjacent hotel. the disapointing feature, the false advertising on location, the web shows the front of another hotel, not showing the side lane-way entrance to the hotel.

The location is great/convenient.

The noise outside is pretty bad and, due to no air conditioning, you need to have your windows open. There are no fans - there should be fans if you can't have air-conditioning on. You should also advise your guests about this fact before they get there. May was unseasonably hot when we were there, which is out of the hotels control, but there should be some alert informing that these hotels can't have the AC on until the government says so, giving you the option to just not go. Venice is great, but if you can't sleep as it's too hot and/or too noisy because you need to have your windows open, it's not as great. Especially for this price.

Beautiful quaint hotel. The room wasn't huge but it had everything we needed... comfortable bed, great shower and super clean. Room was serviced every day. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, this is an old style hotel with actual keys on big key rings for the rooms, so you handed in the key when you went out which kept them safe. Breakfast was the same each day but there was enough variety for it not to get repetitive. As far as location goes, it was literally 5 minutes to St Mark's Square and 3 minutes from the dock where the blue line boat from the airport stops. Also there is a small bar next door which was frequented by lots of gondoliers and there was a good number of eateries close by. Would definitely stay again.
