A környék mesés, csendes, természetes. Aki bulizni akar hajnalig, annak nem ajánlom. De aki pihenésre vágyik, tengerpartra, sétára, egy jó kávéra, ebédre, annak igen. Busszal, vaporettoval könnyű elérni Velencét magát, a nyüzsgést, a várost. A szállás modern, tiszta, minden jóval felszerelt és a házigazda barátságos, segítőkész. Sajnos olaszul nem tudunk, de ők beszélik az angolt.

Great location- quite neighbourhood just a minute walk from a very nice beach. No problem with parking. Few restaurants and bars just a minutes away from the place on foot. The apartment is clean and large, with separate living space and large balcony- in our case- or small gardens on the ground level. It could be perfect if there will be a few more stuff like microwave or a bit more kitchen equipment- but in total it is a very nice place to stay if you do not want to party every evening and appreciate spending time on the beach ( where btw you have a restaurant and a bar too ) the best is Viviana who took care of us very well - and supported us with everything we needed. She takes care about guests in a great manner. Wifi is very good - separate to each apartment, and AC works perfectly.

We spent 5 days in Venice Golf Residence, in Alberoni. We had a pretty busy schedule and it was really refreshing to stay in such wonderful apartments. From the reservation process till the check out, everything went really smoothly and easy - Viviana was an excellent and really helpful host. Beside all of that, both apartments were properly equipped, clean and in a very good location: the beach was really close, the public transport system is perfect and several stores were at arm’s length.

Absolutely nothing.

The apartment was spacious, with two large bedrooms and a smaller one, with two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, the accommodation was cool even in early July, even though the weather was good. There was a microwave in the kitchen and plenty of glasses and cutlery. There were also 3 balconies, a good sized one where we could eat outside. After dark there were lots of mosquitoes, so you should be prepared for that. The beach is also very close on foot, we liked the beach very much as it was not crowded. We will probably return again because the ground floor apartments are dog friendly and the beach is dog friendly.

I traveled for a conference for a week. Location: the residence located at one end of the island. However, there are two nearby bus stops: one, bus #A, closer (~ 5 min walk) and the other one #11 a bit further (7 min walk) from the residence. There are: a small market/shop and two restaurants near bus A station (i.e. 5 min from the residence). Behind the residence (~ 5-7 min walk) there is a beautiful and clean enough beach. Facility: great apartments (I got one for 2 persons): large enough, very clean, equipped with almost everything. Personal: Very nice, reliable and responsive (at all times). She was following with me on Whastapp since I arrived at the airport and later through the week whenever I needed anything. Family friendly: while this time I traveled alone, but since I always post experience for my trips with my family, I give myself the liberty to add this point here as well. The facility is very family friendly. While the roads around the residence do allow for cars, but not so many cars are going around anyways, which makes the area around it very safe for children playing alone. And the residence and the area around is very quite, which is very convenient for families with very small children and babies. Internet: Okay, when the wifi works without a problem, the wifi signal is very strong and very convenient.

Kitchen: The kitchen and the kitchenware are great, except that it is not equipped with a microwave and a kettle. I would say that people going there for short periods (days/week) will be interested in having a microwave more than a 4-burner stove (which is great by the way). Also a kettle for tea or hot water preparation is very important. So, my advice to the residence managers to add these two not expensive items to the already expensive kitchens ;). Wifi: we got a storm on Sunday that made caused some problems to the wifi hub of the residence. Unfortunately, this small problem took three days to be solved! But the real problem was that there is almost no mobile data signal inside the apartments. So, each time I need to use internet I have to get out to the balcony! The other problem is that the mobile data signal is not very good in the whole island (when it is cloudy). So, if you go there, don't expect great internet service (if thw wifi of the residence got problems)

BEWARE - minimum night stay requirements were not transparent on Booking.com and late check in fee of 50 Euros was charged by the property owner for putting keys inside the post box. This property is miles away from the main ferry terminal in Lido in a village called Alberoni. It takes 30 mins to travel by bus to the main ferry port. There are no supermarkets nearby, Most restaurants were closed. List of issues as follows: there is no sign outside the property to indicate that it is Venice Golf Residence, to call it a 'Golf Residence' is misleading and false marketing. It was nowhere near the site of the golf course nor did it have any discounts or relationship with the Venice Circolo Golf Club. This is simply a sham. Arrived into the apartment at 3am. Woken up by the owner at 11am asking us to pay the city tax. I did tell her we would arrive late due to the late arrival of the aircraft so to turn up at 11am is unacceptable. We were half asleep. Unclean bathroom floor upon arrival and no bathroom soap was provided. Only one eating knife was provided. No kettle or microwave. Air con unit did not work properly and was at 23 degrees so we didn't sleep the whole 4 nights. Called owner about these issues who brought soap along the next day. However she did not acknowledge the dirty bathroom floor with hairs. Could not fix the air con unit despite trying. No instructions were left on how to operate the unit. Got locked out of the building twice due to the way in which the door to the building was closed. We had small kids and had to wait outside at 10pm either waiting for another resident to let us in and also called owner who tried different avenues but the keys would not budge. We could have informed the owner the first time it happened but someone let us in and told us to leave the door ajar which is what they would normally do but this in itself is a safety issue. No late check out was allowed despite these issues.
