Great location - short walk to Shinjuku Station, shops and places to eat. Also had a great amenities bar where you could get tea, coffee, bathroom products. Breakfast buffet was good too with Western and Japanese options. Free umbrellas to borrow was also a bonus on our one rainy day.

Bed was a bit too firm for me. Otherwise no complaints.

Location was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying there. Rooms were small so perfect for a couple with medium - small bags but plenty of room to store bags underneath the bed.

location was great by shinjuku station, convenient to get everywhere. for being in such a busy location the room was incredibly quiet at night for sleeping. the room is small but immaculately clean. all kinds of complementary toiletries, tea, coffee. the buffet breakfast has tons of choice both western and japanese. it was very nice

this is a minor complaint, but different choice of pillows - it seems all the pillows in Japan hotels are very firm and made of buckwheat husks - I find them uncomfortable. Wish they had an onsen too

It was in a very convenient location and it had a coin laundry on site. Had a Family Mart right opposite!!

Not enough coin laundries and no way of reserving one. When you see that it is vacant on screen it might have already been taken. Also we had our laundry taken out when we were 2 mins late and it was still wet- that was poor form. But thankful that there is a coin laundry operating on site.

Amazing location, easy to find, easy to go straight out into Shinjuku.

Bed was quite hard. Tiny room but that’s expected for Shinjuku. Towels were also very small.

La ubicacion es estupenda, a 5 minutos de la estacion de Shinjuku, pero el hotel es muy tranquilo. Cerca hay tiendas y restaurantes. En la réception se pueden coger tes, peines, cepillos y hasta mascarillas y sales de baño. Tienen servicio del envio de maletas a otro hotel, por si uno viaja.

The room was bigger than I expected. The shower was lovely and the hotel was impecably clean.

There was a problem with the washing machine in th laundry and clothes were not drying.

Location-5 mins walk to Shinjuku station and many eateries and shopping places. Free amenities at the lobby- the most generous of all hotels. There are moisturisers, sunscreens and even facial masks. Most of the staff members are efficient, although you may encounter a few who are not quite helpful. Special mention and thanks to Ms Xiao Lin (Kobayashi?). She is the best staff in the hotel, friendly and helpful, exceptional!

the hotel should consider having more washing machines. During the evenings, most machines are occupied. One full wash and dry takes around 2 hours. So you'd only get to use them if you are lucky. The information on the availability of the machines can be viewed on the TV in the room, which is great.

The location is unbeatable. There are so many ways around this hotel to get to the heart of Shinjuku, and the main station is just around the corner. The airport limousine bus stops directly here, which is such a huge advantage. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially to upgrade one of our rooms to a bigger one, and for our takyubin.

Totally aware that this is Japan, but the economy room feels tiny and cramped for two, especially if you're a typical Southeast Asian traveling with more suitcases than people. The hotel could do with more laundry machines - it was an absolute madhouse rushing to each floor to seize an available one. A fight even broke out between other guests. Last bit: the shower curtain smelled funky.

I like the location of the hotel. Very accessible. Our family stayed comfortably in the hotel. Very clean. Staff were very approachable. We also like the fast and easy check out procedures. We will definitely be back to this hotel. We have actually recommended this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff were very helpful in calling taxis (3) each time for our group, giving directions and just providing that special attention. We have been staying here since 2009 when we started coming to Japan (Tokyo) so that makes at least 4-5 trips.

Very convenient location, near Shinjuku station and coach transport to Haneda Airport is at doorstep.

Location was just a short walk away from Shinjuku station, which will allow you to go to all other major tourist spots on other train/subway lines. No shortage of eateries and shopping, with Lumine and Takashimaya just a short walk away. The room was of decent size and the self help amenities at the lobby was a good touch, allowing hotel guests to only take what is needed.

The room I was put up in occasionally smell of cigarette smoke, either when the aircon or heater was turned on, despite the hotel being a non-smoking establishment. The front desk did offer to switch rooms, which was wonderful but as I was travelling with a group of friends, i didn't want the hassle of it and turning off the ac/heater sort of stopped it and having the bathroom door opened also helped with the ventilation.

Great location only a block or so from Shinjuku Station, and opposite a convenience store and a cafe. Super clean and you can request clean towels. Aircon worked great which helps in the height of summer! Lots of free amenities available if you’ve forgotten something. Quiet despite being in a busy area.

When I travel (expecially for few days) I like to clean the room by myself. I don't like external people touch my stuffs and for igiene reasons I like to clean the surfaces with dispoasable products I bring with me. Moreover I bring my own towels and keep the room tidy. I appreciated that you give the possibility to specify with a card whether you what the room cleaned or not or just new towels near the door. I did it day 1, but day 2 I received a letter saying that for igiene reasons staff should have enter and clean the room every 2 days. I understand the policy of the hotel but then why give the possibility to choose what is preferable if after one day the staff will enter the room the same? I can undestand after one week but every two days is too often. This cause stress and ansiety to people who doesn't want external people look and touch at their personal objects. I was forced to put everithing into the baggage every two days and re-cleaned where the ladys cleaned with cloth for cleaning. Moreover I don't think this is good for the enviroments since you print a paper letter in an envelope every two days.
