Чудесено място,чисто ,топло и просторно! Много любезен и отзивчив персонал. Осигурен паркинг! Посетихме за втори път и определено при следващото посещение на Букурещ, ще отседнем отново в Орхидея!

The space and location are good

I used to stay with them so many times in the past however, things got a bit down lately: the wooden floors are worn out, the furniture and sofa could use tome TLC, the AC is flooding the balcony making the stay out very displeasing. On top, they are looking to charge you on every little thing. They charge for ice… however, even this way they did not bring it. The guy who picked up in the restaurant does not know how to speak professionally “yes, this is the restaurant, what do you need?! (So blunt); i asked for ice and he was “but you know you have to pay for it?!” He could just say ‘sure, this is the cost for a bucket, how many do you need?’ Not make it look like the guest could not afford the ice. I did order it but he never bothered to bring it anyway. Very very poor services this time, so disappointed.

Room was like a luxury appartment, super large (must be the biggest hotel room we have ever stayed), clean, quiet and with nice balcony and view. Breakfast was served on 11th floor (terrace as well) with breathtaking city view and everything was delicious. 100% reccomended if you plan a trip to Bucharest.

I stayed with my 3 children in the apartment, so I liked the big, spacious room, which we needed. We appreciated the variety of food for breakfast. Also the open terrace on top of the building providing a view over the city's skyline. My kids were really enthusiastic about the pool, it was the highlight of their stay. I appreciated that they had these thingies for those who are not so good in swimming, like the ones when you learn to swim. Being on this trip with the kids, it was a plus that we had a washing machine in the room.

First of all it was the location of the hotel: we didn't arrived to Bucharest with our car, so at first it was disappointing that the road from the bus station to the hotel was between some old warehouses which was a bit creepy. Second, a booked for five persons and they prepared the room for 4 people. I had to ask for another set of towels, lining for bed, etc , which they provided quickly, but not before waiting pretty much at the reception in order to ask for this. Because my kids like the pool, they were a bit disappointed that the pool closed early for kids and they had to retreat for the evening. And last but not least, I think it was pretty expensive.
