I did not like anything about this hotel. Waste of money
I did not like room size. Dirty bed sheets and quilts. No heating in room. Faulty room locks. Nothing good about this hotel

The staff were good and supportive
The property was very old. There was no maintenance. The handles were even not working. Lights in the room were too low.

Room size small.
Very close to Shimla Mall road and tourism lift, but one have to use stiff stairs to reach the reception. Food is wonderful. Hot water available 24hrs.

I call up 2 times to the reception and my problems were immediately resolved, first time i experienced this type of speedy response in any hotel. Keep it up ✌️
Hotel owner should white wash rooms as the walls of rooms were lil bit dirty.

Promised two double bed but one was a small sofa-cum-bed which is really uncomfortable for sleeping. On top, hotel is not on mall road. One has to go down 40-50 steps through an untidy narrow passage which is uncomfortable and difficult to find.
