This hotel is not 5*. It’s not clean and it needs renovation. The food is very poor quality and not very tasty. Coffee was the worst I’ve ever tried. Indoor pool area not very clean and with loungers covers full of mould. I really don’t recommend this place.

Fantastic hotel, ignore the bad reviews. We were lucky enough to get one of the swim up rooms, perfect to watch the sunset from the room. The food was good and waiters attentive in evenings. Room was clean and tidy, one of the mornings the cleaner had noticed we were in the room and did not come in however when we seen her later in the day we requested a clean and some new towels and sure enough this was done once we returned back to the room.

More parking, noticed a lot of cars parked outside the hotel however when you drive further there is a car park although unclear if it belongs to the hotel or not

Great hotel facilities in good location with lovely coastal walks. Buffet superb.

Need more bar waiting staff in the evenings.

המלון חייב שיפוץ כללי בהקדם האפשרי. קיבלתי חדר עם ריח רע של רטיבות, בשעות הערב החלו להופיע ג׳וקים על המיטה ועל קירות החדר ולכן נאלצתי לבקש לעבור חדר.

I liked how the room is situated (sea view) and also size of the room. Easy access to the swimming pool. Also roof bar was very good.

Unfortunately, we found few cockroaches in our room and bathroom which is a shame, as staff have been very precise with cleaning rooms. Also I would change description about private beach, as you cannot swim there (huge rocks instead of sand)

Location to Paphos was great, taxi services brilliant, the staff are efficient, the views are wonderful. I found the bedrooms very clean and comfortable.

Half-board doesn’t include any drinks - not even soft drinks - with dinner except jugs of water, which was quite surprising. At breakfast, there’s one soda stream providing water with a note asking guests not to fill up water bottles, only the small glasses. Quite a few things broke, though they were repaired quickly - a plank of wood fell off my wardrobe and its door later wedged shut. The air conditioning also needs to be stronger in some parts of the hotel, or fans offered in corridors, some of the bedrooms, and public areas like the gym changing rooms where it was uncomfortably hot.

The hotel pool and leisure facilities were nice, the food was average buffet.

The hotel didn't have any pool towels available on either day we were there, the staff just passed us from one person to another in different locations of the hotel trying to find towels, it was a nightmare. There was no mention of having to pay for food and drink at the water park - we went all inclusive and had to pay. Disappointing, overall just bog standard definitely not worth the money we paid. Staying at the hotel was a major disappointment. The staff was unfriendly, the room was dirty with mold and wear and tear, spoiled fruits were left in the room, far from what you would expect from a five-star hotel. The food was inedible. While eating a potato food for breakfast, I bit into a stone and as a result, broke my tooth. I filed a complaint with the management, but no one even apologized or provided any response regarding my complaint since May 22nd. It was a distressing experience and ruined my vacation. I do not recommend it to anyone!

The room was clean. There were plenty of areas to sit all with bars and the pool was a nice size

The food was awful the entertainment wasn't gd and took a while to find. Even the kids were not enjoying the kids disco.....

The five star hotel does not have its own beach!!! And this is a huge MINUS. In the description it is indicated that the beach (first line), really, is 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach. It upset. Great staff. Excellent restaurant, breakfast and dinner at a high level. Clean rooms. If the room has a sea view, then the view is great. Good kids water park! To the city center, only by taxi. When ordering a taxi, ask the price, it is assigned by the driver. Not by counter.

the facilities were great, lots of pools, activities for kids, water park was excellent. we were put in a room that was much larger than expected with a living room and pool view

all inclusive food was ok, as expected for a buffet. the other restaurants had slightly better food than the buffet but nothing to write home about. in the evening there were waiters coming to take drinks orders in the bar area, but in the daytime there was no one taking drinks orders by the pool. we stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the night before the wedding the bride had planned a dinner in the buffet restaurant for all 50 people, specifically requesting we all sit on one long table, the evening arrives and all tables are still separated in the restaurant and management make no effort to sit us together, so we sit apart on round tables of 8. not accommodating at all. although the facilities were good, this is not a 5* hotel, the service was ok at best, but management non existent or simply do not care.

Staff were excellent, the Spa was excellent. Wi-fi was much better than the reviews so i would think an improvement. It dropped a few times but overall was ok.

Breakfast was only ok. Sausages and rashers were poor as was the orange juice

Upgraded on arrival and treated exceptionally by the front of house staff, the lady who checked us in was fantastic and very helpful.

No sun loungers for the whole of our stay, bed saving using towels is unbelievable we had to sit on the veranda in the chairs, with kids wanting to use the pool it wasn’t ideal. Sort the selfishness out of individuals that plonk a towel on multiple beds and go missing!!

Water park was great fun, good to have an indoor pool too. Breakfast was ok, dinner was ok. Only stayed two nights but we were pleased with the value for money.

Could do with an update - carpets in hallways are stained and wallpaper in room was flaking.

King evelthon lied about giving me a refund if I call booking.com to request for it. We arrived at King evelthon, and was not happy with the quality. We did not use the room and told reception immediately that we'd like to leave. The staff assured us that we could get a refund if we go through booking.com. however, they have told us that no compensation will be given. The deception is awful and I warn every single person to avoid this hotel. King evelthon Hotel did not live up to the pictures on the website. The carpets in the corridors were dirty, the walls needed painting, the room itself was in a horrible condition. The room had a handle that didn't work, a leather headboard of the bed. This hotel was not a five star hotel like it claims to be.
