I loved the three levels, the views on both sides were exceptional , nice pool and it wasn’t so crowded with people. Also it was easy access to the road

There was some negative commentary on the check in process, but it was very efficient for us and complete the day prior to arrival. Elvia provided service/support for our entire stay. She is very responsive and helpful!

We had an issue with plumbing in the main floor bathroom. They were very quick to respond and have maintenance resolve. Should know you only have a stove top for meal prep, no oven and the bbq was not functional. Half of the beach chairs are broken. It would take an afternoon and 20 nuts and bolts to fix and double the availability of chairs.

Amazing views from the penthouse apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and the kitchen was stocked with utensils and pots and pans if you wanted to use for cooking. Plenty of space in the 3 levels and great size rooms with individual bathrooms. Both owner and the property manger/person who checked us in where very helpful and quick to reply.

Checkin process is a little cumbersome. You get a text from a property manager asking for your arrival time and number of people coming (to arrange for wrist bands). When you get to the apartment, security asks you to provide room information however you dont have this as you havent checked in. Given that this isnt a hotel, but actually service apartments, there is no reception/concierge to help. The checkin process took 30-45 mins. The showers had very low pressure and barely working hot water. Given that it is hot in Cancun, you can get away with this however hot showers would be nice. Although the kitchen is well stocked in terms of pots and pans, there is no kettle, a coffee machine is provided however there are no pods. No soap/shampoo/conditioner is provided in the bathrooms. We didnt have towels at time of checking. Someone came and dropped them off shortly after. Location of the block isnt the best either, there is 1 place to eat/shop at close by everything else is about a 10 min bus ride into the main area.

room had 3 bedrooms and we did not have access to the upper floor due to key not being left for us to use. had family members sleeping on hard floor. front desk wanted to charge us for additional people when we did not have beds to suit everyone

penthouse with three levels, each level has views of the ocean / pool and back lagoon. The penthouse 2403 was clean and up dated . The beds were ok but not the best for comfort. Otherwise enjoyed the property and was good value. I would recommend it although would suggest more pillows to be available .. Property owner responded through WhatsApp. I would go back again.

The apartment is sparkling clean. The rooms are well decorated and very spacious. The views from the balconies are stunning and breathtaking. You can see the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other. The host is very responsive and went above the beyond to get us some daily necessary supplies. The community is quiet and peaceful. The size of the pool is very generous and not crowded at all. We went during the Christmas season. It is such a treat for us to stay there for the vacation.

Nothing. The place was horrible. We were the victims of fraud, pure and simple. The host and this site refused to refund any of our money. A complete and utter scam. The condo complex is like a rundown fleabag motel. DO NOT STAY HERE! Our vacation was ruined by the dishonesty of the host in listing this property in the manner found on the site. Take my advice: book anywhere else but here!

Getting ripped off by the host of this condo. Everything about this booking was horrible. Filthy and/or broken pot & pans, unusable for cooking. No drinking water provided by the host. Showers that didn't drain for an hour. Toilet seats either loose, broken off, or completely missing. Exposed electrical behind light fixtures in bathrooms (see photos below). The host kept promising to fix these problems but never showed. Terrible location. No convenience stores nearby. You need a taxi to get everywhere.

Rodrigo is a great host. He was available to answer all our questions about anything... Restaurants, transportation, activities, laundry, amenities. The condo is decorated tastefully and perfect for our family of 6. The 3-levels were not a problem at all for us.... 4 young adults and 2 fifty somethings. The views are amazing from both sides of the condo...the sunrise over the beach and the sunset over the lagoon. The location is great... far enough away from the really congested part of the hotel zone but an easy 10 minute bus ride there. The beach is easily accessible in 2 minutes. It's quiet inside and out and the grounds were well kept. Friendly accommodating staff. Everybody wears a wristband in the hotel zone to ensure that only the guests of the hotels use the facilities. Keeps the guests safe. IMPORTANT... for our condo, the hot and cold were reversed. We thought we didn't have hot water the first night, and then we realized the problem. If you think you have no hot water, try turning it all the way to cold instead and waiting for it. :-)
