El plus de este hotel es la ubicación, la playa, las piscinas y su gente. Tiene 4 restaurantes Claraboya normal Mexicano normal Tratoria normal Mirador extraordinario Para mi el mejor para desayunar y cenar fue el restaurante Mirador. Todo súper rico. Creo q le dan mucha importancia a la cena y las reservas en los otros restaurantes y El Mirador es el mejor. Los mesoneros son extremadamente atentos, te hacen sentir más que atendidos muy consentidos. Agradecida con Omar, las Dianas, Edgar del Bar. Muchos más que nos hicieron grata la estancia. Al llegar a la habitación nos tenían dos botellas de champagne. Maravilloso

No le gusto la habitación, pagamos estancia doble premium con vista al mar y la habitación deja mucho q desear, es la habitación de un hotel de 3 estrellas, el baño normal, con la cerradura de la puerta dañada. La cama si es cómoda pero la decoración es un poco decepcionante. Otra recomendación es que el presentador del Teatro es muy ordinario. La verdad escuche muchos comentarios del público que era decepcionante. Su inglés muy malo. Su aspecto muy desagradable. Como recomendación revisaría este punto. Le quita atención al show y valor al momento.

The staff were mostly friendly

The air-conditioning was not working in the room they gave me. I slept horribly the first night. When I went to complain the next morning, it took 2 hours to diagnose the problem and ultimately move me to a different room. As I was talking to the front desk person, I could see that they had a list with three other people who all had the same complaint. As such, I'm not sure why it took two hours to address the issue. Nor why they continue to rent out rooms they know have ac issues. I guess it's all about that money. They did upgrade my armband as compensation. The drinks are of poor quality.

They had a great vibe especially by the pool area! The beach was right in front there. The staff were the best part so friendly and full of energy. They were very helpful with any questions we had.

The room was missing a second lock, ac was not working and the card swipe worked when it wanted to. But the maintenance guy was amazing! Came to fix everything the second we told the front desk and everything was good until the last day.

Beautiful views, beach, and bartenders were great!

The food wasn’t very good. We expected a much higher quality of food. This made our stay a little more expensive because we were forced to eat at other nearby restaurants.

It was clean and the staff was pleasant

It lacked options for Vegetarians and the staff spoke little English. Also the Italian restaurant was closed

I did not like anything at all about the property service is terrible and food is horrible

Everything is horrible to start off the food is horrible , there is no food none of their restaurants are good , omelette are Teribble , we couldn’t even eat there we would have to go outside. There was no meat or any type of food. I can’t even explain of how bad this hotel is. The same food you eat for lunch is the same food you get served at night and something the buffet is empty and there is nobody there to refill. Sometimes you wouldn’t even be able to eat in the snack bar because their is no food and you would have to wait almost an hour. Everything is horrible and super dirty.

Waiting till 4pm for a room when I booked I asked for early check-in 12-1 we were told 2 times it should just be a few more mins, food, and the reservation system to eat at restaurants
