Everything about this place was exceptional from the cottage its self to the beautiful tropical garden and the history of the cottage with all the authentic dressings of the place.

Location was beautiful. Standing at the kitchen window watching a wallaby with Joey in her pouch was unexpected. The natural bushland around the Cottage was lovely; I could easily have spent a relaxing week there. All the furniture was comfortable and in keeping with the heritage vibe of the house. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make this property a very special place. Having been let down with another booking, we booked at very short notice and they pulled out all stops to make us comfortable for the night. I would certainly return to The Heritage Cane Cutter's Cottage - this time for a longer stay!

It was, unfortunately, a particularly cold night when we stayed. Some extra throws on the lounge would have been nice.

Comms was spot-on and quick responses. The Cottage was the perfect place to stay for 2 nights - quality interior, bedding, products and thoughtful additions. Interesting history. The location and area is magnificent. Perfect spot to relax and immerse in nature!
